Room was big and beautiful. Everything is good. Staff was helpful. Only some lighting need to change.

Nice clean hotel. Big and spacious. Room has no TV. Overall good stay. Still have room for improvent.

Except that need to climb stairs to roof top for breakfast & to swimming pool, others are great for our first visit. Looking forward to come again.
P/S: If the price could be cheaper, it will be much better ~(",)~ ♥

The apartment deco is impressive given the first impression when we walked in. Staffs are friendly and helpful when approached. Apartment view away from the main road though not noisy but the nearby mosque as early wake up calls. The hotel F&B outlet is not operating which I believe there isn't enough guests to sustain the operation and business. Hotel location is away from city centre and unless you drive it would be rather inconvenience.

Cleanliness and staff services need to improve. Spacious but not much amenities. Parking is an issue due to wedding

Hotel was pretty decent for a family room. Able to accommodate 2 adults with 3 kids. The family room we got has 2 separate room with Queens size bed. You got a feel of a 3 room HDB house like in Singapore. I would say that the locations was great since you can get food easily just by walking out. The hotel is also located near the highway which seem convenient to commute but minus the noise at night which can be tolerated. Had no time to view the swimming pool, nevertheless a good experience since kids and missus did not complain. The reception attended to us was pleasant but had little knowledge of the area.

Check in was torturously slow. I was second in line and didn't complete my check in even after an hour. Towels were filthy. There was no toilet paper and it took them more then ONE HOUR to replace. Online details of the luxury suite for 5 adults stated 2 double and 1 twin beds but there was only 1 king and 2 singles. They were unable to provide additional beds. One person from our group had to find alternative accommodations elsewhere. Inept staff, ridiculously low standards. Please avoid.

Booked this apartment for the Eid holiday. Near my grandparents house and near the market. Overall the apartment is spacious enough for us, 4 adults. The apartment is a bit warm in view of the heavy gold interior from roof to floor. The curtain is thin, I was easily waken up by the sunlight. Complete with basic necessity however for the price, I would expect a better service.

Room comfortable, majestic decoration. However, inconvenient of 1 bathroom to be shared for the apartment. No bedroom slippers and hangers provided.

The hotel is easily accessible. The room is clean and the staff is very polite. One con is the aircon in one of the rooms was not working well. The temperature was set at 23 degree but the air blow out was warm. Highlight to the hotel staff in the morning but was still not rectified when I am back to the hotel in the evening.

Staff are all friendly. Location is convenient & near to petrol station. Overall stay is excellent.

Stayed one night to attend wedding dinner invitation. Room was decorated like palace, full of gold. Floor very pretty.

The room was excellent, but no common toilet for single room. There is one toilet only have to share. But other wise it's fantastic.

Such a comfortable hotel. Let down by how incompetent staff are at checking in and out.

Used unflushed toilet, broken mini fridge that made the room smell of mold, hard bed for sleepless nights, no hotel lounge/bar/restaurant to speak of and when talking to hotel staff....they couldnt care less!

Lots of space in the unit! Very prestigious at first look, but let down by the poor quality. Bathroom fittings already starting to fail.

This hotel situated near to my faverite shopping place...pandan city and giant taman suria....especially my little princess almas.she enjoyed and asked to stay again

Clean...cozy...near local food stall...nice pool..great stay!
