Undesirable
Pros:

The location of the hotel is wonderful.

Cons:

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment.
The breakfast was the same for every day we were there and was substandard for a 4 star hotel. The staff seemed quite cold and unwelcoming and limited English. The bell boys was very smiley.
They could do with supplying conditioner and body lotion.
The bed's were hollowed out like boats and need replacing. I can see this hotel used to be 4 star but not any more.

Good Location, Poor Comfort
Pros:

The staff was nice, helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The bed was very disappointing. It was made by pushing two separate beds together, which made it quite uncomfortable.

The mattress was clearly worn out, with a noticeable dip on one side, so it didn’t feel firm or supportive at all. The duvet was also too small, which added to the discomfort.
The décor felt quite outdated, especially with the carpet, giving the room an older overall feel. It might be acceptable for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for anything longer.

Excellent stay at hidden charm resort
Pros:

Anne was amazingly helpful and kind in suggesting and arranging things to do during our two night stay. The hotel is reasonable with a good breakfast, and conveniently located to local attractions.

Great hotel in Tam Coc within walking distance of Bich Dong Temple if feeling energetic!
Pros:

A very well presented hotel with a great location and facilities.
Dung was a great Masseuse in the spa.

Cons:

Their pizza! But you don't come to Tam Coc or even Vietnam for Pizza.

Great and comfy for family.
Pros:

The facilities offered are good, the breakfast is real nice adn generally staff are kind and proactively supportive. Rooms are clean.

Cons:

The pillows are abit big and high for my neck, personal opinion. This does not influence too much the stay in general.

Hidden Charm Hotel Nin Binh 1 night stay
Pros:

Amazing hotel within a short distance of magical Tam Coc centre, excellent room and facilities. Mr Long was really helpful as we made a mistake in the reservation which he managed to resolve for us and accommodate us. Although, we just stayed 1 night, we will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a top quality hotel.

Good hotel in Tam Coc. Definitely to stay
Pros:

We had last minute at Hidden Charm. We were introduced and stayed 6 days 5 nights. The room was clean. We had great experiences about the staff. Very helpful, thoughtful and assisted many things the stay. Definitely be back and introduce to friends. Especially thank to Ms Annie, she always professional and caring to us too much
