Work was carried out on the floor below from midnight until 4am non stop ,grinder being used

Hotel was fine, as described on website. Convenient location. You do not need to clear immigration. Front desk staff was very helpful. I don't like having to leave the room to go to shared bathroom in the middle of the night. Shower was also shared and fine. Room was dark and quiet. Only complaint, mattress was too hard. I would stay again.

Bedding was nice and comfortable. Super clean and quiet.

Nice clean room with private bathroom with all required amenities. Breakfast or lunch was included which is across from the hotel.

I have never experienced such a poorly managed hotel before. Due to an unclear and misleading description, I was unable to check in despite having a reservation. The listing did not provide accurate instructions that it is for transfer customer only

After arriving exhausted from travel, I was left stranded with no help from staff. I could not check in and could not get refund. What a complete waste of time and money!

Avoid this place unless you enjoy unnecessary stress and disappointment. Proper communication is the bare minimum for any hotel, and this one failed spectacularly.

Systematic

It was convenient. The bed was hard though. I would stay here again.

Checked in at 2100. Fire alarm went off at 0100 in the services room next to my Room. Alarm was the result of a burst water main resulting in flooding of the floor with water to my door. Service personnel were working on the issue until 0400, loud voices, blowers and vacuum cleaners to remove the water. I got no sleep after 0100. Management refused to refund my booking - saying that I would have to apply through Expedia. Expedia report that the hotel has refused the refund and they have offer US$25 - 10% of the cost. I checked out at 0600 for a flight. Exceedingly poor customer service.

Nice hotel and very convenient

This was a wonderful property, but it was a little bit confusing since it is behind Airport Security. I came in to the airport at 6 PM and didn’t depart until the next day. I probably should have stayed at a property outside of the security area.

Good location at Terminal 2. The only drawback is the room is small and no toilet inside. Expensive price.

Very convenient for my short layover

I didn’t get there until almost 1am. Very quiet. Check-in was smooth and very professional. I will stay here again in the future for sure!

Clean, convenient location, good quality interiors and great breakfast, especially the Dahl Curry. Would have loved the room to have windows and private bathroom included for that price but overall happy and would rebook for the benefit of sleeping horizontally in a bed between long haul flights.
