コスパ最高　次も北海道に来たら利用させてもらいます。
Pros:

一番は、新千歳空港からの無料送迎バスがあること。
あとは、夜中の小腹空いたようにお茶漬けのセットがされていること…子供はいないが、子供たちが楽しめるコーナーを設定しているところなどです。

Cons:

コーヒーがもう少し美味しいと嬉しいかな

Pleasant, clean, comfortable (mostly), and great value
Pros:

Great value! Nice to have both dinner and breakfast included in the price. Also nice to have the public bath. Given the mobility challenges of my spouse, it was nice to be close to the elevator.

Cons:

We asked for another blanket but were not given one. Wow, the bed was pretty hard for our soft U.S, bodies. We could have used an ice bucket in our room. And we couldn't make the Air Conditioning work, so we were a bit warm.
