Lovely 🙏
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Traffic which is a general KL thing, it’s busy all of the time so if relying on Grab expect to be stuck in traffic.

Lovely stay for your citytrip in Kuala Lumpur.
Pros:

Cons:

The elevator was making a very weird sound so everytime it started moving we hearded the metal-shaving sound.

Great hospitality
Pros:

I would like to recognize Linda at Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur for her outstanding service. She has been incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout. Every morning, she ensures I receive my wake-up call for work, always with a warm and pleasant attitude.

What stands out most is her patience and willingness to help, no matter how many requests I have. She is consistently courteous, never appears irritated, and genuinely makes guests feel valued. Linda is a wonderful representative of the hotel and one of the best staff members I have had the pleasure of meeting.

Home like stay
Pros:

This place is like second home to us. Love the interior and the beddings are super comfortable. You can expect good night sleep and unbothered rest here even in the mid of city. Its always our choice of stay when in KL

Cons:

Cleanliness lately is declining here. You can smell urine odor from the carpet/ sofa set. You can see worn out sign of the fixtures of the apartment.

Excellent Family Stay
Pros:

We had a great family holiday at this hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of popular tourist attractions like Petronas Towers, Bukit Bingtang, Jalan Alor etc, but as the hotel is in a side road, it is peaceful and quiet when you return from the bustle of the city. There is also a 7/11 in the building next door which is useful.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and comfortable with useful amenities such as a washing machine. It can be hard to find such spacious family rooms for a reasonable price when travelling with 3 kids.

Pool area was lovely and well maintained, with excellent city views both day and night.

The breakfast was lovely. Various mostly Asian items on the hot buffet (which changed each day), a range of fruit/continental options also available and fresh eggs/omlettes cooked on request. The hotel restaurant also serves some delicious food for lunch and dinner.

Finally, all hotel staff that we had interactions with were friendly and professional. Particularly Linda on reception who was very kind and helpful.

If we return to KL we would definitely stay here again. The only improvement I would suggest is that the public corridors on the upper floors look a little tired and will need some refurbishment soon.

Good location but poor service
Pros:

The location is convenient, but several problems affected my stay. The air conditioning in Room 1 and Room 2 was not working well, and some power sockets were not functioning. Parking required payment upon exit, yet no one informed me in advance. When I reported this to reception, they said I should have notified them before exiting, which was too late. Clear communication and better service are needed.

All round an amazing stay!
Pros:

The location was perfect, just on the edge and out of the chaos of Bukit Bintang, we walked to every attraction in KL including the shopping malls, Jalan Alor & Petronas Towers.
The hotel was immaculately clean, our apartment was extremely big with lots of space.
We had 2 tv’s, fully equipped kitchen, iron and board and plenty of plug sockets.
The pool is gorgeous with plenty of seats and sun loungers with a great view of the KL Tower.
There’s a 7/11 next door for cold drinks, snacks and ice cream!
The staff were excellent, helpful and polite.
We would definitely stay again

The photos aren
Pros:

The best thing about this place was that the location was extremely central. 6 mins away from bukit bintang, 6 mins away from KLCC, 6 mins away from Masjid India, and there were alot of eateries nearby.

Cons:

I felt that the images were extremely misleading. For the price it's giving 2-3 star hotel at best, and the hotel rooms are grimey and run down, we had issues were the bidet and the shower head was leaking + sink was choking, within 1 hour of entering the hotel room. The room itself was also looking extremely grimey and just dusty and unclean.

Comfortable beds

Cons:

If you stay in a 01/02 or 04 room it is SO loud because of the elevator. When I raised the issue it transpired I either had to lose sleep or pay for an upgrade. Breakfast is average for price. Not lots in walking distance.

Piscine sur le rooftop exceptionnelle !
Pros:

Nous avions réservé une suite pour trois personnes et nous avons été agréablement surpris par sa taille : elle était immense, bien plus spacieuse que ce que nous imaginions. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Les lits étaient très confortables et le personnel particulièrement gentil et accueillant.

Mais le véritable coup de cœur, c’est la piscine. Wow ! Elle est tout simplement magnifique. Si nous étions restés plus longtemps, j’y aurais volontiers passé une journée entière à me détendre. L’ambiance, le cadre et la vue en font un endroit exceptionnel. Cet établissement est tout simplement incroyable et a largement contribué à rendre notre séjour mémorable.
