Ottimo elegante hotel nel centro di KL! Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci hanno offerto subito upgrade gratuito al nostro arrivo. La camera (studio) si è rivelata molto grande, pulita e con tutti i comfort necessari. Molto apprezzata la presenza di una lavatrice con detersivo incluso, oltre al rubinetto di acqua filtrata potabile. Hall enorme e molto elegante, in generale hotel attento ai particolari.

It was a 5 day stay
Pros:

They upgraded my room to a beautiful studio type suite for free and it was perfect for my birthday.
All of the staff were kind and VERY helpful with everything I needed. The place was so clean and well maintained I loved it I genuinely did not want to leave and the breakfast was DELICIOUS. I get nervous eating in new countries but everything was perfect here . And as a single female I felt so safe around the area
