Pros:

Great pool with a nice view and complimentary towels. Clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff and great location.

Muy recomendable y buena ubicación
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy bien y el personal era muy amable, el área de la piscina muy bonito y tranquilo y sobretodo la ubicación, se estaba a unos 30 minutos mas o menos caminando de los sitios importantes de Kuala lumpur

Cons:

Quizás mejorar la ducha de las habitaciones porque lo único malo es que a veces se salía el agua cuando nos estabamos duchando

Hotel muy buen y recomendable, sobre todo la ubicación que estas a 30 minutos caminando de todas las cosas importantes del centro

Cons:

Quizás mejorar la ducha para que cuando se este usando no salga el agua fuera, de resto todo bien

It's an apartment, not really an hotel.
Pros:

Felt it was more like an apartment, but it was stated as a hotel on Booking.com. The space needs to be renovated. Other than this, it's walking distance (about 10 minutes or so) to KLCC and a bit longer to Pavilion/Bintang.

If you want a hotel stay, this should not be your choice. It's more like an apartment for me.
Pros:

The space. Aircon and water pressure are good.

Cons:

I think the property is a bit old. It is stated as 5-star, but I think with the condition, it should only be 4-star. A hand towel should be provided, or at least a face towel, since it's rated as 5-star. I felt this was more like an apartment rather than a hotel. It shouldn't be classified as a hotel, which booking.com needs to look into.
