地點算是方便，但房間設備老舊、且不太乾淨（很多地方都有明顯髒污和灰塵），回到飯店沒有讓人放鬆的感覺。另外我與朋友的訂單分開訂購，櫃檯卻搞錯我們的訂單，把我的房間提早退房，花了很多時間解釋，感覺在房務交接的專業度有待加強。

1.設備老舊且不乾淨
2.櫃檯人員搞錯我和我朋友的訂單，交接上不夠專業

Overall, it was a lovely stay and quite affordable.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Parking is very tight for big cars, and sometimes the toilet can be quite smelly. Smell came from the water from the showerhead.

Good potential, but desperately needs renovation
Pros:

The staff were the best part of my stay — very friendly, professional and always helpful. The location is also very convenient.

Cons:

The photos on Booking.com are quite misleading. I was very disappointed when I saw the actual condition of the hotel. It really needs renovation.

The biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing. The windows are old, and you can hear the traffic very clearly, especially cars and motorbikes at night.

I also had to change rooms twice due to different maintenance issues, which was frustrating. Breakfast was disappointing as well — mostly fried, basic food and not worth it in my opinion.

I gave the hotel a 5 mainly because of the excellent staff and location. With renovation and proper soundproof windows, it could be a much better hotel.
