Clean, conveniently located, friendly staff
Pros:

Central location, walking distance to the main attractions. Lots of cafes, shops and restaurants around. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Good towels. Mini bar in the room. No electric kettle but I asked for one and it was provided. Extra pillows and spacious closet.

Cons:

The double bed was actually two single beds put together, the mattress was super soft and not very comfortable to sleep in.

Perfect location and modern hotel with 24hr front desk. Nice shower and plenty of storage for one or two people. Great mattress. Good work space, adequate power outlets, good variety of lighting, (adjustable reading lamp which is always a plus point). Windows that open fully, workable air con, 2 toilet rolls on check in (IYKYK), adequate absorbant towels and full curtains for that blacked out lie-in..Yes, overall a very nice and functional room. Staff at desk were very nice, helpful and accommodating. FaciItated late check out for me. Nice foyer, seating area. I would 100% stay here again during any future visit to Sarejevo.

Cons:

Only three areas for improvement I feel:
1. Safe needs to be larger and more modern
2. Rooms definitely need their own kettle and tea/coffee making ability
3. Room access really should be upgraded to secure card access.
(Pillows killed me but then I haven't found pillows in any hotel that have been to my taste except Encore Las Vegas-so that is my issue).

Pros:

Staff was very helpful when I had trouble with thr AC and let me switch rooms.
The location was excellent!

Cons:

The bottom sheet really didn't fit on the bed and kept pulling up, exposing the bare mattress.

Nettes Hotel direkt in Zentrum
Pros:

Sehr schöne und zentrale Lage. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, sodass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Parkplatz war direkt vor der Tür.

Cons:

Sehr wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück.
