A localização é muito boa, no centro de Tirana, com muitas das atrações perto e acessíveis a pé. O pequeno-almoço é bom. Os funcionários do estacionamento privado e gratuito são prestáveis.
O hotel está classificado com 5 estrelas mas ... os equipamentos e mobiliário são antigos e algo desgastados. Pode não ser fácil de encontrar o hotel para quem chega de carro.

El personal poco atento, hemos notado bastante diferencia en la atención turística con respecto al sur del país. El atendimienro del hotel es correcto pero nada cercano al huésped. Solicitamos taxi en el hotel con pago con tarjeta y no fue así . No se si el problema fue el taxista o el hotel.

Room was quite small and a little dated
The hotel is in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was quite spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the service was friendly throughout our stay.
I'd especially like to mention the warm service in the breakfast room and the exceptional kindness of the bellboy, Matteo. He welcomes guests with a smile, is always ready to help with anything, and truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.
Although we don't eat meat or eggs, we found a good selection of cheeses, pastries, salad, and fresh fruit at breakfast. We also really enjoyed the freshly squeezed fruit juices.
And once again, the location is fantastic!
There were a few things that detracted from our stay.
The carpet was heavily stained, and there is a glass partition between the bedroom and an adjacent room with a spa bath, a table, and a window overlooking the courtyard. The glass partition has an opening that we accidentally bumped into several times.
The shower was missing shower gel, with only a very small bar of hand soap provided. The amenity box for the shower cap was also empty. In addition, water tended to leak out of the shower, probably because the drain wasn't working efficiently.
We have experienced two minor issues with the key card
The TV didn't have a channel broadcasting the World Cup matches.

One more thing worth mentioning is the rear entrance to the hotel. It is accessed via a narrow internal road that is surprisingly busy with traffic, so pedestrians need to be very careful. The road is also full of potholes, making access a bit inconvenient.
