The windows were nowhere near thick enough, and you can hear an enormous amount of street noise from the room. On top of that, the receptionist was on the phone very loudly from midnight until 2 a.m., laughing and talking loudly the entire time, which completely prevented me from sleeping since my room was on the first floor.
Breakfast was supposed to be included until 10 a.m. I arrived at 9:45 a.m., but the server was nowhere to be seen — he was hiding in the storage room and I had to go find him myself. When he finally came out, he did not even say hello and simply told me that breakfast was closed. Seeing that I was understandably confused, he offered me a coffee and either a croissant or a brioche. I chose the brioche, which then took more than 30 minutes to arrive.
This hotel is an absolute disgrace.

La chambre était spacieuse et nous avons été très bien accueillis
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber und schön. Zudem hatte es eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle.
Das Frühstück war unglaublich umständlich (kein Buffet, alles wurde zeitversetzt und einzeln serviert). Der Cappuccino war mehr als interessant.

La puzza nel bagno era insopportabile
Leider waren wir nur eine Nacht. Wir hätten den Komfort gerne länger genutzt.
Besonders angenehm empfanden wir, dass das Frühstück serviert wurde.
