Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Hochhaus, wodurch alle Zimmer eine unverbaute Aussicht haben. Die Lage ist zwar nicht absolut zentral, aber die Tramhaltestelle befindet sich wirklich direkt gegenüber dem Haupteingang. Einmalig ist das Freiluftpool im 16. Obergeschoss. Frühstück OK. Zimmer eher klein und spartanisch, dafür mit Bügelbrett ausgestattet. Fast alles "Holz" ist Plastik. Geduscht wird in der Badewanne. Keine Schallschutzprobleme. Freundlicher Empfang.

Cons:

Bei einem Hotel mit eigenem Pool müsste ein Bademantel in allen Zimmerkategorien zur Verfügung stehen. Der zugang zum Pool muss über unzählige verschlossene Türen erkauft werden, selbst für den Rückweg! Der mässig warme Pool ist inklusive Zugang ganz im Freien, Aussicht nur auf eine Seite. Zum Öffnen der Zimmertüren braucht es Bärenkräfte, bevor sie mit Getöse wieder zukrachen. Die schmalen Fenster in den Zimmern reduzieren den Ausblick. Klimaanlage hörbar.

Best breakfast, kind staff and fabulous sea view, but an extremly soft, uncomfortable bed.

Best breakfast ever, kind and helpful staff. I absolutely love the gym and the swimming pool, and the sea view is fabulous. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone who can sleep on a really soft bed.

Cons:

Extremely soft and uncomfortable bed. I sleep on my back or stomach, but the mattress was so soft that it caused lower back pain, and it took me a week to recover. I tried putting the mattress topper on the floor, but it was dusty and I even found someone else’s socks under the bed.
This was my third stay, and the bed was the same each time. As this was a business trip, I will ask my company to book a different hotel next time because I couldn’t sleep well and had back pain for days after my stay.

Pros:

Upeat näkymät, kuin ulkomaille olisi tullut. Kattouima-allas pakkasella oli kokemus, hieno sauna oli myös. Vuode hyvä. Ja aamiainen runsas. Henkilökunta ystävällistä.

receptie, ontvangsthal. Uitzicht over Helsinki vanaf de top verdieping

Cons:

Bed was te zacht, voelde als doorgelegen aan. Zaten op de 8e verdieping maar hoorden het brommen van de tram wanneer hij voorbij kwam. Auto geluid wel goed gedempt alsmede geen geluid van de gang of andere kamers. Uitzicht was op hijskranen van een werkhaven en er werd aan de straat/ haven gewerkt waardoor het 1 smeerboel was. In bad douchen is ook niet meer van deze tijd. De Bar op de bovenste verdieping is groot maar je kunt er alleen wat drinken, geen nootje/chipje of andere snack te krijgen. Internet was zeer langzaam.

Lovely staff and nice one night stay
Pros:

Modern and clean with amazing facilities I especially liked the sky room bar the staff were amazing and the products in the bathroom were gorgeous

The bathroom in my room had a bit of an odour which I managed to sort so not a major issue

Siisti hotelli, jossa on hyvät palvelut ja viihtyisää.

Cons:

Aamiaisella on paljon tungosta, vaikea löytää vapaata pöytää. Tarjoilut on hieman sekavasti siellä täällä ja kun on paljon ihmisiä tulee siitä vähemmän mukavaa ja miellyttävää. Ehkä jokaisella huoneella voisi olla varattuna pöytä valmiiksi.
