Pros:

according to hotels.com it was supposed to include breakfast. but it wasn't. A bottle of wine was included in the booking. but there was no wine opener in the room. we told the reception about this and they were going to solve it for us. but it took until 9:30 pm before they brought it, and then we were going to go to bed. so there was no wine for us. so it wasn't a good stay. we are very dissatisfied.

Komfort nachts sehr schlecht, nicht zu empfehlen !

Das Apartment ist an sich zu empfehlen. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit die wandbreiten zu Verdunkeln. Was bei Lichtern der Großstadt, der Ostausrichtung der Fenster und der um 04.00 Uhr in der Früh einsetzenden Morgendämmerung das Schlafen sehr stört. Auf meine Anfrage an der Rezeption direkt nach Bezug des Apartments hat man mir geantwortet, dass die Verdunkelungsmöglichkeit nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt ist !. Auf meine Frage nach einem anderen Apartment bekam ich Antwort, dass es eventuell möglich wäre, aber gegen einer Zuzahlung von etwa 50 EUR. Damit war das Thema für das anwesende Personal erledigt. Frisst oder stirbt, wenn Du in Not bist. Absolut keine professionelle Betreuung der Kunden und auch nicht höfflich dazu. Ich reise viel und übernachte sehr oft in verschiedenen Hotels bzw. Apartments, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Deswegen NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN !

Great view, but….
Pros:

Great view and beautiful apartment. Unfortunately, the bed was very worn out and uncomfortable. The oven was not usable due to the very loud fan. The shower door opened regularly by itself. As a result, it was not a good shower

Es war wirklich sehr schön. Allerdings war der Whirlpool nicht ganz sauber und im Badezimmer waren einige Sachen kaputt. Ansonsten war alles super.

Inte den nivå jag hade förväntat mig
Pros:

Inte riktigt vad jag hade tänkt mig och inte riktigt känslan av god service. Receptionen stänger kl 21.00 eller 20.00, hade väl tyckt att dörrvakten som jobbade dygnet runt kunde ha receptionens uppgift.

Vanlig nyckel till dörren, hade gärna haft kort för enkelhetens skull. Hyfsat förvirrande system med hissarna.

Omfattande system för belysningen men ingen aning om hur något fungerade.

Toalettartiklar typ schampot osv bestod av ett antal mindre (15ml) förpackningar i en hög, kändes oprofessionellt.

Soffan var förvisso säkert ny men kändes sådär äckligt smutsig som bara plysch kan göra.

Dock väldigt bra läge.

Hadde store forventninger til dette oppholdet. Eneste som var bra var utsikten. De skiftet ikke håndkler eller rengjorde rommet en eneste gang. Eneste som gjorde at dette var en leilighet var et lite t kjøkken som var dårlig utstyrt. Ingen oppvaskmaskin eller stekovn. Vannet fra dusjen rant ut i rommet og det hadde begynt å komme råte på deler av vegg. Dette var et dyrt og dårlig sted.

Beautiful property. Staff was blunt at check in. When we asked for the complementary upgrade that Expedia platinum gives we were told the rooms are available but we would have to pay an upgrade fee. The view was incredible the room was super clean. Did not wake up in time for the breakfast so I cannot comment on that

Das Apartment war sehr schön und hat sich aufgrund der Aussicht und des Whirlpools bereits gelohnt. Das Apartment is etwas kleiner als es auf den Fotos scheint. Es wird kein Zimmer gereinigt während dem Aufenthalt, was bei dem Preis dabei sein sollte.
