Abbiamo prenotato una notte per spezzare il viaggio verso casa. Qualche ora prima del check-in siamo stati dirottati presso altra struttura con l'indicazione che si sarebbe trattato di upgrade mentre in realtà si è palesemente trattato di un downgrade.
Viaggiando con una cagnolina avevo preventivamente chiamato per assicurarmi che fosse accettata, ma non mi è stato comunicato che avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento. Quindi, cani ammessi con supplemento richiestomi poi durante il check out.
Pagato per un 3 stelle, ma usufruito di un 2 stelle con prezzi nettamente inferiori.
