Buena habitación e internet y buen servicio. Solamente paredes muy delgadas entre cuartos , pero es una muy buena opción

Notre chambre était spacieuse et avait les commodités annoncées. Il a été facile d’avoir une place de stationnement car nous étions en basse saison. Le buffet déjeuner est excellent et a de légères variations de jour en jour.

Seul bémol, le coffret de sûreté de notre chambre était hors service et le coin cuisine avait beaucoup de petites fourmis. Nous avons dû prendre des précautions de ne pas y laisser de nourriture. L'hôtel est situé à côté d’un passage à niveau et les trains passent fréquemment, même la nuit.

It was very noisy with people staying late at night. Neighbors' voices echoed very loudly.

We had a nice stay but the area around seems dangerous based on all the electric wires and fences and gates on all properties in the area. Breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful. Rooms was clean. No A/C but windows offer a breeze but there is plenty of noise. Door to the room seemed flimsy and hollow with no extra lock, just door knob lock.

I stay there about 10 times a year. The property is in my opinion, the best in the San Pedro area. No worries about someone there stealing credit card identity as happened at a nearby hotel. I do wonder about employee turnover there.

Hotel staff were courteous, helpful, and professional...room was well-equipped, well-prepared, and fairly quiet...hot water in the shower was super..breakfast was good, but the packets of butter should have been refrigerated or iced, as the ones I used were rancid and odorous...my only strong criticism was the state of the carpet in the room -- it was filthy and it blackened the bottoms of our feet...dirty footprints were visible on the tile in the hallway and bathroom...I suggest a deep steam cleaning or total replacement of the carpet

Muy cercano a la Universidad de Costa Rica, que era mi motivo de visita. Los alrededores son un poco ruidosos, pero es por su cercanía a avenidas principales. El personal siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesita.

We love staying at this location, excellent service, good people, very nice treatment.

No limpiaron la habitación, nunca nos cambiaron toallas ni papel, además a las 7.30 am ya no había desayuno y cuando reclamé no hubo respuesta. El personal es descortés y despreocupado. No regresaría.

I arrived at 2 AM and I messaged them that I will be checking in late. They were very kind and wait for me until I arrived.

Muy cómoda nuestra estancia en el lugar, especialmente porque nos quedaba cerca de la Universidad de Costa Rica (UCR)

This hotel seemed to be mostly well kept. They did not have AC which was a bit of a downside. The staff at the desk does not often speak English, although the manager/owner does, so be prepared to use your Spanish! Getting Uber is convenient and easy to do from the hotel. I had a shuttle that left to my next destination at 2:00pm on check out day, but the hotel did not allow for late checkouts. They were willing to keep my luggage though while I waited. They allowed me to wait at the property. The maids are extremely friendly. There is no restaurant in the hotel and the nearest restaurant is Taco Bell, less than a block away. I kept missing out on breakfast because their breakfast ends pretty early in the morning. I swore the sign in sheet said it went until 9:30am, but by 9am breakfast was already cleaned up. They have a really good coffee/cappuccino machine if you want coffee and it is $1 per cup.

La ubicación me fue muy conveniente. La limpieza y comodidad muy buenos. Es amplio y comodo. No tiene aire acondicionado (pero no hizo falta), el agua caliente no era estable y no vi manera de controlarla. Lo más relevante es un tren que pasa det ras del hotel. Empieza a pasar como a las 6am y termina de pasar a las 10pm. El desayuno es algo tradicional del país. En general esta bien.
