Era un sitio cómodo y limpio y bien ubicado . Buena seguridad

Al principio hubo un problema para pagar y tuve que pagar al llegar al destino. la comunicación no fue muy fluida.El spa y la sauna no funcionaban y la piscina no estaba limpia. Hubo un problema de ruido por caída de agua y les pedí que lo arreglaran y no lo hicieron también les pedí que me cambiaran de apartamento y no lo hicieron.

Terrible servicio, malos olores, cucarachas. Ubicacion y apartamento esta bien si limpiarlo.

Cons:

Olor de ambientador esta tan fuerte que no pudo dormir. Mis cosas ahora huele con este fragrancia quimica. Es terrible. Parece que estan aplicando ensima de la ropa de cama tambien. Con la ventana abierta copletamente es deficil respirar.
Hay cucarachas en la cocina y bano.
Servicio de Alvares Alugueles es muy mal. Todo que vende este empresa es servicio y no hay servicio. No me contactaron con anticipacion para enviar el link de pago. Tuvo que estar en cafeteria para hacer todo este, tuvo que esperar el codigo. Los instrucciones no fueron claros de como ingresar. El codigo de internet enviado fue errado. Respondiendo lento. Solo en la maniana recibi el codigo de internet correcto. Imagino limpieza esta organizada tambien por esta empresa. El dueno debe saber que esta pasando con imagen de su apartamento.

Appartamento molto moderno nel quartiere di Recoleta. Tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Check-in automatico molto semplice.
