Pros:

I like its location east of Broadway in the financial district. I also like the lack of resort fees. The room is small like typical NYC rooms. The breakfast option at the attached restaurant is just okay.

Cons:

The public space at the entrance always smells of cigarette or marijuana smoke. The hotel has zero control of that.
