Great location - close to subway station and eateries, relatively quiet area
Only one ice machine - in the lobby, ice machine was broken one day (staff had to get ice from hotel restaurant), cleaning staff was late one day (came after 4pm).
Room itself is decent, bedsheets are clean.
It was very noisy at night almost every day, one day a cleaning service made a very sticky floor after cleaning. Location is great, but to enter you need to pass through a plaza of homeless people.
We stayed here 1 night and the stay was ok. The room itself is very small, but no refrigerator. The air conditioner worked very well, but we didn't sleep very well because when the air stopped and kicked back on it made noise, and even though we brought our sound machine you could hear it because it was right next to the bed. We noticed the hallways and the elevator had no air, and it got a little bit steamy. Everything else was good, the room was clean, the staff were nice. Good location.
Just would've like to have gotten a better night of sleep.

My partner and I had a really nice stay at Four Points by Sheraton New York Downtown. We felt comfortable right away and enjoyed our time there!!!🤌🏻✨✨✨
The room was clean, cozy, and well kept. Housekeeping did a great job, and everything stayed neat during our stay.
The hotel was a good value, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time.
The location was also very convenient, with lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. It made getting around New York City easy😮💨❤️
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!!!!
The location is perfect. The rooms were clean and comfortable the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend and we would stay here again.
No refrigerator for drinks in the room and the trash outside the front entrance (about 30 feet away) was piled high I'm sure it was from a nearby business but it remained on our exit to the property for the five day stay we were there.
