Really don’t know how the hotel got the good ratings on both Booking.com and also Google Maps.
Pros:

The location was quite close to the conference that I was attending. Staff were nice.

Cons:

1) Dirty - floor, toilet, bedsheets, etc.
2) Noisy - can hear the traffic so clearly and had to sleep with ear plugs
3) Breakfast - same food everyday and low quality, e.g. salad was stale
4) Housekeeping - never really cleaned; very sloppy.
5) Pricing cannot be trusted at all - first time I booked, the price was TWICE of what I paid the second time I booked. I cancelled the first booking and rebooked at HALF the earlier price.

Cons:

The elevator only works through a special hotel app, which made me very frustrated because the app sometimes doesn't work.😞The breakfast is also not good and lacks many things; it's better to book a room without it.

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité prix, très bon service, personnel très agréable. On a aussi pu laisser les valises et les prendre plus tard car l'avion était en soirée.
