Pros:

Good staff , free upgrade was given to the highest categegory surf pool room , free fruit was given .
Kanchana , Malisha ans Amaya were exceptionally helpful and friendly .

Hotel direkt am Strand
Pros:

Der Pool ist schön groß und sauber. Auch die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet und bieten viel Platz.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bahnlinie und jedes Hupen ist wahnsinnig laut.
Generell ist das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen bzw einige Dinge abgenutzt.
Das Team ist teilweise etwas unprofessionell.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at EKHO Surf Bentota, and it was truly a memorable experience for my family and me.

From the moment we arrived, Maleesha from Reception was extremely attentive and welcoming. She took the time to explain the property and its facilities in detail, always with a genuine smile and a great attitude. Her warm welcome set the perfect tone for our stay.

A special mention to Dulip from the F&B team, who took excellent care of us throughout our meals. He was always attentive and made it a point to check on us from time to time to ensure everything was perfect. His service and hospitality were truly appreciated.

A very special thank you to Dulaj for arranging such a beautiful room and making our stay even more memorable. The thoughtful touches, along with the splendid high tea and wonderful breakfast, made us feel genuinely valued and cared for.

I would also like to sincerely thank Promoda, the General Manager, for personally ensuring that all the arrangements for our stay were taken care of. It was greatly appreciated and made the entire experience even more special.

It was wonderful to see the improvement in the overall standards of the property, particularly in the rooms and the level of service provided by the team. EKHO Surf Bentota has certainly taken a positive step forward, and I believe it is a property that is definitely worth visiting.

Most importantly, my wife and child thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the experience. For me personally, this property will always hold a very warm sentiment, and I will be happy to recommend EKHO Surf Bentota to friends, family and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bentota.

Great place for families!!
Pros:

The location is good, if you travelling by train then the train stop is literally a stone throw away, some good restaurants right outside the hotel give you some option to choose from. The garden and the pool is sufficient to spent time outdoor, rooms u need only to crash.
