Pros:

Enjoy the delightful experience of a stay at Beyond Yangon where you will be made to feel like family. Superb service provided with graciousness. The staff are so loving I contemplated living long term at the inn, I bet you will feel the same. It is easy to walk from end to where you’d want to go in Siem Reap.

Pros:

Three things stood out for me in this hotel: central location, attentive staff and the lovely refreshing jasmine smell in the room. I had a lovely stay in this hotel and would definitely stay again if I visit Siem Reap again.

Bad service (big smile...)
Pros:

Great small and clean hotel right in the center. However, we booked two rooms and we were very dissapointed with the owner of the property. My dad had an accident with a corner of the room and he started bleeding. We used the toilet to stop the blood. It was very surprising when the owner asked me to pay for that towell ($10). We didn’t mind to pay for that towell but she was more worried for the towell than the accident. I don’t know if she knows about washing but she just wanted the money...
AVOID taking away breakfast. She ‘cooked’ for us a hard-boiled egg, a small banana and hard bread...
To wrap up, it is a nice and beautiful hotel but don’t expect a great service.

Pros:

Walking distance to pub street. Awesome restaurant at end of the block. Nice pool and very friendly family run hotel. Even invited us to join them for a birthday celebration. Room on the second floor was spacious. Would definitely recommend.

Small but perfectly formed
Pros:

This small hotel in the heart of Siem Reap is a little gem. We couldn't recommend it enough. Our large room on the third floor was wonderfully spacious, spotlessly clean and about a quarter of the price of the five-star hotel we had moved from. The staff were delightful: super-friendly, helpful and attentive without being over bearing. The local neighbourhood felt a little like a building site but don't be put off, you are a five-minute walk from the market and a host of excellent affordable restaurants and as with most of central Siem Reap you are 15-minutes by Tuk-Tuk from the temples.

Perfect boutique guest house
Pros:

Very friendly staff who helped arrange transportation and anything extra I needed. Very clean and seemed nearly remodeled. About 2. 5 blocks from Pub Street (night market area) which was just perfect. Easy to walk to but far enough away to be quiet. Breakfast was good!! Room was huge and nice. Bed was super comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Great location, beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

This is really cute, nice, well decorated boutique hotel run by a family. From the moment we walked in until our departure, we enjoyed every moment in this hotel. We are kindly welcomed with a cold towel and drinks while our bags are moved to our room. We were really impressed by the beauty of our room. The decoration was unique and the room was spotlessly clean and smells nice when we entered the room. The bathroom area was really pretty, too. The room was spacious for three of us. The air conditioning worked great as well as free wifi. We went down to the restaurant in the morning for breakfast. We could order what we want from the list. There are nothing too fancy, but very fresh and tasty. Every time we come back from outside, the owners asked how our day was. They are always smiling and ready to help if we need anything. The location is really great, too. We walked to the night market, Pub street every night. It takes about 10 min. There are some nice local restaurants and convenient stores near the hotel. Overall, there is absolutely nothing bad I want to say about this hotel. I hope that many other people can enjoy this excellent hotel as my family have enjoyed.

Best combo of locatio, price and comfort in town
Pros:

I have been to Siem Reap twice and last time stayed at a place that was double the price and half the character and charm and twice as far. This is a real gem and anyone on any budget should be able to afford it if you book in advance.
