Good, clean room in great location
Pros:

Great location on quiet street and 5-minute walk to Kandawgyi Park and 15-minute walk to Shwedagon Pagoda. Good water pressure and hot shower. Room was clean. Staff friendly and helpful with adequate English ability.

Pros:

Front desk and all staff members there were highly kind and supportive. Always smiley which was the best part of my stay at this place. It's in a walking distance to Shwedagon Pagoda (eastern side stairs) and drivers easily found the hotel whenever I call a taxi via Grab. Room was clean. They immediately changed when I requested to move to a non-smoking room (which I originally requested) and very responsive.

Nice and new
Pros:

Enjoyed staying here, one of the quieter places I've found in SEA. In house restaurant is excellent when you aren't feeling more adventurous. Not a huge range of shops/restaurants immediately by the hotel, but a few so you won't starve. A short Grab ride (or 15-20 minutes walking) there is plenty of shops, a mall, etc

1st trip to Myanmar
Pros:

Yangon was nice but not a lot to do. A couple of days is enough. Nice people and culture

Great for a family stay.
Pros:

The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family needs. The washing machine and dryer were a real bonus as we stayed during Thingyan and got soaked every day. The staff were very helpful.

Nice hotel close to Shwedagon Temple
Pros:

I stayed her twice during my trip to Myanmar - when I first arrived and again before I left. The wifi is ok, not great (but that is the case for most of my trip). The breakfast was ok but the spread is limited compared to other higher tourist areas. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is hot water to shower. The rooftop pool is the highlight. Great to lounge in or in one of the chairs nearby. The location allows to walk to Shwedagon Pagoda along with a few others close by. It’s approx 2400kt ($2USD) to take a taxi downtown. Two days is all you need to have some time to enjoy the pool while seeing the highlights of Yangon. I like that they gave two 1litre bottles of water (more than other hotels)

Location is pretty good, near to town.
Pros:

Though it was our first visit, we felt welcome. You dont feel threatened at all. People are honest and humble too. Their hospitality were tremendous! One downside (like ALL cities in the world), traffic is horrendous! We WILL return to visit again 👍😊

Pros:

We only had a short stay but our time at Clover was very nice. We had an easy arrival and check in and the staff took care of us quickly to get our room. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was also easily walkable through a little neighborhood to get to Shwedagon pagoda.

Not suitable for Business Trip
Pros:

The internet is the worst I have ever experienced in Yangon. I was shocked to find there was a limit of one connected device when I arrived. I called the front desk about it and was told it was being worked on. I certainly will not be staying at this hotel on my next trip to Yangon

Wonderful hotel in good location
Pros:

I had a wonderful four night stay at this hotel. The hotel is modern and spotless with excellent facilities and the staff were extremely kind, gracious and helpful - they made my stay! The hotel is close to Shwedagon Pagoda (10 min walk) and Kandawygyi Lake (5 min walk) - but be careful of the traffic and lack of footpaths if walking.

Please consider tipping staff - from room attendants, to restaurant, reception and door staff. I found tips were very gratefully received as I guess wages in Myanmar would be extremely modest - anyway tips were more than deserved for such a wonderful service.

Good hotel with great staff
Pros:

Great hotel and staff. I haven't stayed in the super fancy hotels in Yangon but I have stayed in a lot of slightly more budget ones, and this is the first hotel I've been at that looked and felt like hotels in other places. Clean, right shape, pool, workable gym. Breakfast was poor, but no different than anywhere else I've stayed.
