Cons:

BEWARE! description error, turns out no VIEW means you don't even have the WINDOW.
And the upgrade fee is almost triple of the price on booking.

Otherwise, the location is great, just make sure you pay little extra advance on booking.com if you want the room with window, so you don't need to pay a lot for upgrade at counter.

Its good, not the best..
Pros:

Rooms are Neat, Clean & hygienic
Required Amenities provided in room.
Walkable from Bay & market area.
Water, tea coffee kettle provided.

Cons:

Rooms are pretty small & Compact, serves the purpose though..
No Locks for washroom & bathroom.
No complains otherwise.
