ACE Hôtel Paris Roissy

The room was new looking. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Airport shuttle ( fee applies) was very convenient. Breakfast (fee applies) had a nice assortment of items, all fresh and well stocked. Staff if very friendly.

Nice spacious room, beds were comfy and thankfully two singles for the kids so they didnt have to share. Bathroom was a good family sized space which good water pressure for the shower. Overall a great room

Escogimos este hotel , el mismo día , entre muchos que ofrecían traslados del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa, y cual fue nuestra sorpresa y desilusión que llegamos al aeropuerto,cerca de las 7pm ,nos dirigimos al área de shuttle y y preguntamos por el del hotel Ace y nos mandaron a un lugar , luego a otro ,en fin hasta que pudimos comunicárnos con el hotel para que nos dijera que ya no tenían el servicio , tuvimos que pagar 60 euros por el traslado en taxi . No tienen ningún servicio al cliente ,como agua,café o amenities. No está claro si el desayuno es incluido o no ( que no lo necesitamos porque salimos temprano ) . Lo que me dolió es que guarde el crédito ganado para este último hotel de nuestra travesía y a lo último para gastarlo en un taxi 😤. Pudiendo haber escogido un hotel con todos los servicios y no tan insolado como este !!

Tried to contact them one day prior to find out about airport shuttle but no response. Arrived near shuttles by 10pm and no one could help me to the property. I had to take a taxi. It would be nice to know in advance.

This is a perfectly convenient airport hotel with a shuttle. It was quiet and comfortable which suited our needs perfectly. Recommenf

Compliments to the staff for allowing us an early check in. Our room was basic but comfortable. The window control was broken but the gentleman at the desk was able to secure it, otherwise we would have moved room's. A fair amount of early morning noise but that's not unexpected given its proximity to the airport.

Very practical. You have to pay for breakfast and shuttle. Shuttle is 6 euros and exactly on time and a short drive, so very convenient.
Hotel quiet and clean, bed is comfortable. Reception staff is very pleasant and helpful

It was one of nicest hotels we stayed in Paris.

The property was very nice .

Room was too for 2 adults and 2 kids and they charged for everything nothing was complimentary.$15 per person for breakfast daily would not stay there again .

Ace Hotel used to be really good, however standards have slipped, such as Blackout blind broken, so in high summer the light is coming in early morning. Booked a room for single occupancy and ended up with two single beds shoved in against the usual double bed, making it difficult to access the double bed. TV not working, often the case in recent times, they just shrug their shoulders on reception where the busy single receptionist when reporting it, so nothing gets done for the next visit. They used to have an English speaking channel amongst the other international channels. but the English speaking channel went missing ages ago. Breakfast is good value, but sometimes items run out and are not replaced, so if you go down later there's not much left.

Simple and affordable accommodation

This hotel is great for the amount paid and would have paid $50 more. I’m surprised it was so inexpensive.

Much better than expected, really nice spacious room with modern decor. Very friendly staff. Free little sweets on reception desk. Will definitely look to return to an ACE hotel in the future.

For 9 euros breakfast is good. I do not recommend getting a family room. Its too small no where to move. Shuttle available only on certain time check with the reception before making plans. The big down side no internet no Wi-Fi
