Rollercoaster, ups and downs :D
Pros:

breakfast was incredible, however the staff picked up the unfinished plates when I was away for a drink
room was quite loud because of the rooftop bar, but the view was spectacular

Cons:

On the first day we needed to ask for shower gel, which was NOT refilled
The Spa and the Rooftop Bar is not included, also these are VERY expensive ( 80eur / entry for the rooftop bar )

Beautiful Location, Disappointing Service.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, and the breakfast staff were friendly and welcoming. The bellboy was also particularly helpful on arrival. The property itself has a beautiful setting, a convenient location, and Sarandë is a lovely destination.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the service and organisation were well below what we expected from a 5-star property. We experienced repeated issues with our room, including an empty conditioner dispenser, a faulty hairdryer and a safe, with requests often requiring multiple follow-ups. There were also repeated problems obtaining towels at both the private beach and pool, despite being told they would be provided.

Communication was inconsistent, including conflicting information about the car park and arranging a taxi for our early departure, in which we asked several times, got conflicting information every time and then in the morning, we were told we are not allowed to check out before 7 am, which is ridiculous. We also had an unpleasant interaction at the pool bar with very unprofessional staff. Although several issues were raised with management and apologies were given, there was little visible follow-through.

Overall, the main issue was the repeated lack of organisation, communication and consistency of service. For the price and advertised 5-star standard, we expected significantly more. From past experience, there are many other, better-value hotels and resorts to stay in beautiful Sarandë.

Pros:

The mandarin pool was great, bar staff helpful and so were the reception team. Room was perfect and clean too. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Feels a little old on the outside.. dirty/stained sun loungers, no towels at the pool in the afternoon.. they were always 15mins away but never arrived.

Not quite 5* but for the price perfectly good
