Sehr nettes Personal, super Lage mit Parkplatz, wunderbares Frühstück und schönes Zimmer. Ich bin immer wieder begeistert!

Cons:

Leider war diesmal das Bett total kurz, dass ich mich mit meinen 1,85 nicht mal richtig ausstrecken konnte. Keine Ahnung warum, aber es lag scheinbar an der Aufteilung des Zimmers.

Optimale Lage und gute Ausstattung
Pros:

Sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und lässt keine Wünsche offen.
Die Lage ist hervorragend und die Zimmer funktional eingerichtet. Die Altstadt mit Fußgängerzone ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein öffentliches Parkhaus liegt direkt unter dem Hotel. Hotelgäste bezahlen nur 12 Euro pro Tag.
Den Spa- und Fitness-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt.

Piscina de pago¿¿??
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, el desayuno muy bueno y tenía parking (de pago), pero se agradece en estas ciudades. El hotel está a unos 07masos del centro histórico.

Cons:

Acepto que cobren por el SpA, pero no por el uso de la piscina. Busqué un hotel que tuviera piscina, porque sabía que las temperaturas estarían altas, luego cuando apareció este hotel en la lista me fijé que hacían.un cobro, pero lo asociaé al uso del SpA, nunca se me ocurrió que fuera por 21 la piscina. El hotel no es barato, nunca nos había tocado que cobraran por el uso de la piscina en un hotel que maneja ese nivel de tarifas, sí por el spa. Llegamos en la tarde, muertos de calor, listos para darnos un chapuzón antes de salir a caminar....y nos encontramos con esta sorpresa. Finalmente no nos bañamos y nos fuimos a caminar. Esto fue muy desilucionante, ya que veníamos de un largo viaje y nos quedamos solo 1 noche de camino a Bolzano.
