Pros:

The location on the river was just perfect. The highlight was the view over the city untill the mountains from the restaurant terrace.

Pros:

It is the most central location you could wish for. The staff is stellar! You really feel you are welcome. Will come again for sure. The Soul Kitchen restaurant and Irish Pub (handy for following the World Cup) are literally just steps away. The main museums are also just steps away. Very much recommended.

Great location, with fun boat theme.
Pros:

Location was perfect, you couldn't be any more centred. The staff were super friendly, I had a room on the right side of the ship which has the best views of the river and buildings. The rooms have AC, wifi, soap and plug sockets. The bathroom has great shelving space which is always a plus!

Cons:

If you didn't leave your windows open during the day, the room could become slightly damp.

Pros:

Best central location, walkable to all the sights. Amazing views, restaurant and breakfast. We absolutely loved Elizabeta, our waitress. She was so lovely, friendly, helpful and just a delightful person always ready to help.

Pros:

Hotel is centrally located

Cons:

Hotel is, quite literally, falling apart. The furniture in the room was broken, sheets were very, very worn, paint was chipping from the walls and ceiling and falling on to the bed, the windows are literally falling from their hinges, the shower wasn’t installed + sealed correctly and leaks/floods when used, a piece of the interior molding literally fell off during my brief stay, etc. The staff are exceptionally rude and have some of the worst manners I’ve ever encountered.

Udany pobyt w fantastycznym hotelu z fantastyczną załogą ,która ten hotel prowadzi.
Pros:

Wszystko!!!Od wejścia do hotelu gdzie przywitał nas miły Pan na recepcji,do bsługi w restauracji,po serwis sprzątający.
Wszyscy mili ,uśmiechnięci i zawsze służyli pomocą.W restauracji obsługa 10+.

Cons:

Pokój mieliśmy nad pokładem restauracji,gdzie bardzo przeszakdzało przesuwanie krzeseł w restauracji ,co o 7 rano zawsze mnie budziło.

Boat zawg skopke love it boat
Pros:

We loved our stay on the boat. It was so fun. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with any questions and helped us book a taxi back to the airport. Room was comfy and food and drinks in restaurant were great. Amazing value for money boat 😁

Shipshape!
Pros:

Perfect location, helpful and very friendly staff, good food (omelettes and pancakes cooked to order for breakfast), amazing coffee, spacious room (A1) and so lovely to sleep with the sound of the river rushing by! It was fun to stay on board, the area is surrounded by interesting buildings, statues and good bars/restaurants, too. Recommended!
