Pros:

This is an older hotel that doesnt try to be modern. Enjoy the 'Grand' atmosphere and don't expect it to be fresh and updated. It's clean, comfortable, rooms are a good size and the staff was incredible. Parking was free and easy and they had underground, secure parking which was amazing. Beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on. Overall, the stay was well worth the money and better than some more modern 4 star hotels I have stayed at.

Excellent value for a clean, central hotel with fridge, microwave and locked underground parking
Pros:

Nice furnishings; Fortyna at front desk was superior both on the phone and in person.

Cons:

The hot water was luke warm in the morning for my shower. One of the beds was slightly lumpy with a depression like it was worn out (Room 218)

Lovely hotel with everything needed and in a convenient central location.
Pros:

The lobby is beautiful and the location is convenient. Comfortable and quiet room. Very nice to have a fridge and microwave, even though I did not need them on this visit.

Cons:

The room had that faint smell of air freshener used to cover up smoke, even though it is a non-smoking hotel. Don't know what can be done about that. Otherwise, a spacious and well appointed room. It would be nice if breakfast was available in the restaurant.

A pool or hot tub would be nice. Decor in front lobby is a bit over-the-top outdated but not a big issue as it was clean and tidy.
