Great spot for a quick trip.
Pros:

Loved the vibe and the garden patio for breakfast.

Cons:

I did not bring a plug for my phone and I didn’t realize that there was no usb plug. We used the cable box to charge one of our phones.

Nice boutique hotel in North Nanaimo (not downtown) with friendly staff and clean room.
Pros:

This is a very quaint hotel. The staff were very pleasant and the room was very clean.

We were charged extra by a lot for having 4 people in the room and we only had 2. Not once did I say we had 4. Ripped off.

Excellent staff , hospitality and ambience.
Pros:

Very happy they have added breakfast. Would be good to extend the hours on weekends to 10:30’or 11. Maybe add some additional fruit like apple / orange. Maybe it was fine when I went there. What about some boiled eggs for protein.

Cons:

The rooms are always dark. Would be good to update this and the microwave was ancient ! Also hair dryer — more outlets please :)

Spacious, friendly, clean
Pros:

Good size rooms, clean, friendly staff. We just stayed after getting off the ferry before heading to Ucluelet the next morning. Perfect.

Very good!
Pros:

Location was perfect for catching a ferry early the next morning. Lots of amenities around for anything needed.

Cons:

We wanted some ice and found it strange that we had to go to the front desk and ask for some instead of there being an ice machine on the floor-or even every 2nd floor. I suspect during busy times you’d have quite a wait.
