Pros:

the hotel was conveniently located for our needs and spacious.
It was clean and orderly.
Check in and out was easy and quick; friendly service.

Cons:

I would put in firmer pillows that was our only complaint.
Instead of those tiny shampoo bottles use a hand press for shampoo and conditioner -saves recycling plastic bottles

I'd come again but may not eat in the restaurant that I have frequently enjoyed in the past

the property, the effort waitstaff made.

Cons:

the food. brussel sprouts were not fully roasted so mostly inetible. All four dishes overpriced I believe.

Cons:

The pillows are way too big,very uncomfortable,I asked at the front desk if they had different pillows,but she just shrugged it off.

Pros:

Very close to many amenities and visiting family. Very comfy and the dining room looked very nice. Check in and parking were a breeze and staff super friendly.

Pros:

This is an older hotel that doesnt try to be modern. Enjoy the 'Grand' atmosphere and don't expect it to be fresh and updated. It's clean, comfortable, rooms are a good size and the staff was incredible. Parking was free and easy and they had underground, secure parking which was amazing. Beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on. Overall, the stay was well worth the money and better than some more modern 4 star hotels I have stayed at.
