Would stay again!
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel. Our King suite had plenty of space, large bathroom with plenty of towels and towel bars, nice kitchenette. Corner room was quiet (hotel was filled with volleyball players and we didn’t hear anything!) Breakfast was good, lots of options and staff were very attentive. Front desk staff were awesome too. Parking garage was convenient. Location for our event in at the convention center was great.

Cons:

Not complaining because it is what it is - but our stay was pricey due to location for a sold out event.

Very positive stay at the Residence Inn and will readily recommend it to my friends and family.
Pros:

Breakfast was better than expected, good number of healthy options and food was fresh and tasty. The staff member in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful and was always working to keep the area refreshed and tables clean.

Melissa at the front desk was very kind and cheerful when we checked in and was very helpful later when we needed information on the area and directions.

Amanda Williams was especially helpful when we checked out early. We had encountered a traumatic experience in the city area and decided to return home. Amanda recognized our distress and was immediately empathetic and offering assistance. We are grateful she was our departing encounter in Kansas City, helping us leave with a positive impression and confidence. She was outstanding.

Cons:

hotel parking was very full and we found the final spot on the return from one of our events.

Overall, this was a great place to stay.
Pros:

We loved the spacious one bedroom suite. The location to everything we needed was fabulous.

Cons:

We weren’t told that as a guest, you had to pay $34 a day to park in the hotel parking lot…Also, one morning my fiance forgot room key, and I was asleep with the baby. They refused to let him into breakfast when he couldn’t get ahold of me to let him back in room to get key. They also wouldn’t give him another key.
