Frigid Air - Frigid Response
Pros:

I stayed 2 nights at the beginning and end of my road trip. The 1st night, in October 2025, it was 59 degrees in the room. Numerous calls to the front desk did not get maintenance to the room. Considering that a fluke, I stayed again at the end of my road trip for nostalgic reasons. Surprisingly the room was again 59 degrees, but maintenance did show up around an hour after numerous calls. Turns out they bypass the thermostat and allow the fan to blow that cold air across the bed. I also nearly cut my hand when grabbing a tissue as the corner of the mirror was broken. I brought all this to the attention of management and......crickets. Stay there if you must, but dress warm and expect slow response times to your needs.

Pros:

Nice hotel. Excellent location that is close to all of the downtown activities, Power & Light district, & T Mobile Center. Parking garage is conveniently located right behind the property. The room was very spacious & clean. The only complaint I had is that the breakfast could have been a little better. Would stay here again.

Great Experience!
Pros:

One of the best places I’ve stayed. Wonderful room; clean, new, modern with plenty of space. The only negative: desk staff did not explain how to pay for parking. You aresupposed to scan a QR code when you park, but I thought I should scan at the end since that’s typically when yo pay for something. The hotel should handle payment and add it to the bill like everyone else does.
