My stay was enjoyable.
Pros:

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The place was well kept. The room was very nice.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay for parking.

Very good
Pros:

Everything was good, but the breakfast. The breakfast bar where you can purchase some food close so fast i think like 10 am.

Pros:

The hotel is great, the room is amazing. So overall the stay was good. However is not as great if you don't drive and the staff could be friendlier.

Left big distaste
Pros:

Unfortunately I had lost my physical card in between travel and they would not honor my reservation although they had no policy stating that a physical card would be necessary especially with the ability of a mobile check in. They continued to attend to other guest for 38min while i awaited assistance and requested the policy. They not only did not have the policy but also attempted to charge me for the room although I would not be staying there.
