Room was clean. Sam was great for check in and check out.

Cons:

No clocks in the room. No bottled water. Charged us for parking. Fitness center treadmill tv reception was awful.

appropriate amenities.

Cons:

Simple issues like skin lotion in the bathroom and complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby would be appropriate for $200+ per night.
The individual working the bar used tepid coffee for Irish coffee drink and I had to go to my room to make my decaffeinated coffee for my drink for a total of $22! during happy hour"

Pros:

No buffet breakfast which I prefer. This breakfast requires ordering from a menu.

Walls were paper thin, I could hear the room next door as if there were all sharing a room.

More than $500 for one night I was expecting more.
Pros:

Location, staffs, room was clean but not nearly organized.

Cons:

Room is too small for five people with kids. Not privacy whatsoever. Two queen size beds with one sofa bed were great additions but soft bed was not comfortable at all and it was too small. It seems like this company wants to make maximum profit with very little minimum service.
