BOOKING DEBE CHEQUEAR LOS HOTELES QUE AÚNNO CIERRAN
Pros:

Nunca ingresé. Porque la reservación me salióconfirmada. Pero, cuando lleguéal hotel, la recepcionistame dijo que NO porque la páginala habían cerrado. Booking debe verificar que hoteles prestan servicios y cuáles NO. para no pasar perdiendo el tiempo.

Es un buen lugar pero si buscas poder dormir bien en al noche, es imposible.
Pros:

La atención es muy buena y el lugar está muy bien ubicado. El personal es atento y muy amable.

Cons:

Mucho ruido de la calle y de los pasillos. Las puertas de la habitación son muy delgadas y se escucha todo. Las personas entran y salen cómo es lógico pero el problema es que en las habitaciones se escucha todo ese ruido y en la madrugada interrumpe el sueño.
La razón de mi viaje fue la media maratón de Cuenca y en la noche necesitaba descargar bien pero fue imposible por el ruido de la calle y porque más huéspedes hacían ruido, un bebé lloraba en la habitación de alado.

la ubicación cercana al centro histórico esta bien
la seguridad para el coche que nos brindo el hotel esta bien.

I Will Definitely Be Back!
Pros:

The hotel is quaint, comfortable and conveniently located. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. They graciously prepared simple but adequate and delicious vegan breakfasts for us each day.
