Es un buen lugar pero si buscas poder dormir bien en al noche, es imposible.
Pros:

La atención es muy buena y el lugar está muy bien ubicado. El personal es atento y muy amable.

Cons:

Mucho ruido de la calle y de los pasillos. Las puertas de la habitación son muy delgadas y se escucha todo. Las personas entran y salen cómo es lógico pero el problema es que en las habitaciones se escucha todo ese ruido y en la madrugada interrumpe el sueño.
La razón de mi viaje fue la media maratón de Cuenca y en la noche necesitaba descargar bien pero fue imposible por el ruido de la calle y porque más huéspedes hacían ruido, un bebé lloraba en la habitación de alado.

la ubicación cercana al centro histórico esta bien
la seguridad para el coche que nos brindo el hotel esta bien.

Atención continua y Agradable
Pros:

La amabilidad de don Jacinto, dispuesto a ayudar , las instalaciones cuentan decoración de plantas y salas de estar, las habitaciones cuentan con detector de humo , los baños estaban limpios, me encantó que cuentan con una cafetería 👍👍

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and very conveniently located. The people working there are awesome and extremely helpful. They had no problem making vegan breakfasts for me and my friend. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Cuenca.

Un alojamiento accesible y cordial
Pros:

Un servicio muy atento y dispuesto a resolver situaciones y solicitudes. Gran ubicación. Es un hotel sencillo, de arquitectura tradicional cuencana, sin grandes pretensiones pero limpio, ordenado y confortable. Viaje con mi madre de tercera edad y con limitaciones para su movilidad y tanto el hotel en su infraestructura como el personal apoyaron que sea una estancia placentera para ella y para nosotra#.
