Location, beautiful parks close by
We had a massage in the spa and it was done with our Tshirts on, not comfortable or relaxing
Everything was excellent. The hotel fully meets the standards of a true five-star property. The rooms are spacious, very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The overall atmosphere, service, and facilities made my stay very pleasant.
The only small thing missing was a birthday greeting, as I was staying at the hotel on my birthday)))) Apart from that, everything was truly great, and I would be happy to stay here again
The hotel was well appointed although I believe the hotel was last renovated in 2017, so it is going to be a bit tired compared to hotels with recent renovations.
Staff were friendly and polite, as you would expect.
The hotel wifi was slow.
The hotel location is OK, but not great.
The swimming pool closes at 6pm which is awkward for my schedule.

nothing all good
Good location, friendly staff, great breakfast, I like the duty manager at the breakfast place that ask me if I feel cold and help me to swap to the other side that is no air condition, she was so caring
I feel the hallway is bit dark, not enough light, fan in bathroom not strong enough
