Pros:

The rooms are super comfortable, and even though it's not in Manhattan, it's super easy to get there by train.

The hotel advertised breakfast, but what they actually give you is more like a snack, not hot at all.

Pros:

Most of the staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The only one we had an issue with was the one that checked us in.

Cons:

The shower doors are too short, and water gets all over the bathroom. The gym was still missing the 10 pound weights, which were missing during my last stay more than a year ago. The washing machines and dryers really need cleaning. I also had to go out and buy laundry detergent as the hotel had none to provide.

Volviendo a NY desapues de 10 años.
Pros:

Todo estuvo impecable y el alojamiento cumplio en todas las expectativas que teiamos previamente a llegar. Con los precio que se manejan en NY nos parecio una oferta muy razonable a solo dos paradas de Manhatann. EL barrio es tipico de NY con mucho movimiento y comercios en la vuelta. Nos alojamos sin derecho a desayuno pero frente al hotel, precisamente junto a la entrada de metro "queens plaza" encontramos un carrito atendido por latinos muy amables donde les comprabamos cafe y donas todos los días a muy buen precio. Si llegan por la Guardia no es imposible llegar por transporte publico combinando el bus de aeropuerto y el metro con sus paradas accesibles con ascensor.

Cons:

No hay nada que nos haya desagradado y pasamos una excelente estadía.

Pros:

Location was great and only a short subway ride into Manhattan. Our beds were comfy and we loved having the market beside the hotel and also the other food and stores within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, a bit expensive for what you get.

Cons:

I feel like for the price point I would have expected a bit more amenities. The walls are thin and you can hear other guest who are drunk. Also the bathroom shower did not drain properly.
