I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, the staff at reception and restaurant were impolite, they don't like Indians, it seems that they don't have any training of Hospitality, Indians with Self Respect should strictly avoid Ramada by Wyndham PHUKET
I stayed here for 3 nights vacationing with my family. The Hotel is very close to Patong beach. I had booked for a room with twin beds. The Hotel upgraded me to a premium room with a King size bed and an extra bed at no cost. The rooms are decent, nothing extraordinary. However, the walls are too thin. I had to call reception every night to get the person next door to cut down the noise.
The breakfast spread is quite good. Those complaining about limited Indian menu items are wrong. The menu is decent and one must remember that he/she is not in India.
Now the part that made me rate so poorly. While checking out, the receptionist "Fan" accused us stealing a high ball glass which was probably not worth even $2. I told her that it was in the bathroom. When they still couldn't find it, they then accused me of breaking it. I offered to check my luggage and even offered to pay for it. They wouldn't listen.
All the while, the vile bigoted staff did not even have the courtesy to apologise for their nasty racist behavior even when they couldn't prove anything.
My last 10 minutes in this place completely spoilt my Phuket experience. I am sure regular Thai folks are much better.

We had good room with amenities. All was best comfortable and clean. When we walked past every staff they said Hello always , making good memories for comback , overall I recommend to visit here.
I had a very disappointing experience at Ramada by Wyndham Phuket. From the moment I arrived, it felt like the staff were more concerned about collecting payments than actually providing any level of hospitality.
They focused on charging for everything rather than providing basic hospitality. Even simple requests like sending empty plates or cutlery to the room came with an extra charge (100 bhat), which felt unreasonable and unprofessional.
Late check-out was also strictly charged, even though we checked in at 3 am instead of the standard 3 pm, and even though we had booked three rooms, they still insisted on charging for just keeping one room for a bit longer (Instead of 12 pm, we had to check out at 4:30 pm). They asked for 1700 Bhat just for 4 hours.
It honestly felt like every interaction was about money, not service, making the entire stay frustrating and far from what you’d expect from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, the service fell far below expectations.
The lack of attentiveness and genuine care made the entire stay frustrating rather than relaxing. It’s disappointing when a hotel prioritises transactions over guest experience, and unfortunately, that was exactly the case here.
I would not recommend staying here if you value good service and a customer-focused approach.
