I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN!!!
Pros:

The price was ok for the city, the hotel lobby is dirty, curtains are stained and looked disgusting. When I got to my room the bed sheets were stained and dirty plus the headboard had greasy hand prints and ommggg I just pictured everything that happened in that room.. I went to the reception and asked for clean sheets because the room was dirty and he looked very guilty. It was 10pm and I started cleaning the room, it took me 45 minutes. I was tired and I was with my husband and kid and I really didn't want to bother with the whole get me a new room because Its NYC it is what it is and if you dont like it leave and It was too cold and late for that.. But I WILL NEVER Stay at this place ever again!!!

Cons:

Clean the rooms!!! Even if the past people were there for an hour thats when yall need to make sure to clean and disinfect the room.. My room looked like the just made the bed after they left. The floor had foot prints it was too much. If I wasn't there with my son I would've left but this weekend was extremely cold.
