Get what you pay for 😮‍💨
Pros:

Being on the ground floor

Cons:

$25 per day for my dog...I paid over half of what I paid for the room for my dog. Never has a hotel charged me $225 non-refundable pet fee for ANY stay

It was clean and price was reasonable but would likely not stay here again.
Pros:

The room was very clean.

Cons:

I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my estimated time - couldn't check in. Had to wait until my estimated ETA before clerk would let me check in. Needed to see my license. Whatever for? No breakfast, no pool, no workout room. Tub had an annoying drip; had to close bathroom door. And the location was behind two other businesses; not exactly off the main road.

Pros:

Convenient location to highway, 4 to 6 min drive to grocery store. Also public transportation right out. Staff always available at front desk or by phone. Good price.

Pros:

I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when they check-out.

The Sheets Were Off!
Pros:

the laundry setup was there and costs $4.50 per wash and $4.50 per dry. I didn't use the laundry facility. Regarding staff friendliness, on a scale of 1 to 10. I would rate them a 31/2 to 4. I was handed a single face towel after checking in. The clerk told me they were out of towels and in case my room didn't have any. Four my seven day stay. I ask but did not receive any fresh sheets or towels.

Will definitely stay again!
Pros:

It is a nice, clean, inexpensive, calm and convenient location to stay within walking distance of several gas stations and restaurants. The rooms include a full-size fridge, two burner stove top, a microwave, a desk to work from, free or upgradable wi-fi, and free Dish TV, with the ability to add your streaming services. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The cost savings of staying there is amazing!

Don’t stay here
Pros:

I checked in and the guy at the desk was nice. But you have to buy pots and pans. The toilet wasn’t working and roaches came out of the light socket next to the bed

Home away from home
Pros:

The room is very clean and comfortable. Nice space to cook and prepare meals. It has been a pleasurable experience. There's a full size sink in the kitchenette and a large, queen bed that's great for relaxing while watching shows on the modern television.

Really enjoy living here
Pros:

I’ve been living here for a few months and I love it. The staff is really kind and helpful. I like that I can have my dog here. My neighbors are all nice. I think this is the best extended stay hotel in the area. There are six washers and six dryers and they’re open 24/7. The last extended stay there was only one of each and it was only available certain hours. My favorite thing here is the flooring. It’s so much cleaner than a hotel with carpet. You can pay a small fee for linens or wash them yourself. I prefer to use my own. They sell pots and pans. The bus stop is nearby, along with ample parking and two gas stations in walking distance. It’s got everything you need.

Home away from home.
Pros:

After my stroke I could not do stairs, some home was not an option. So, I had to stay here, where there is an elevator. The staff has gone above and beyond helping me! I have been here 2 months and I had tried 2 other hotels in the area before I found this one. It is close by to many places and walking distance to restaurants and gas stations.

Pros:

The room was nice and clean however the TV did not work or connect and even after calling the office it was never fixed. There was a very loud party outside until well after 4am the night we stayed with yelling and loud music so it was difficult to sleep with nothing to even drown out the noise.

Perfectly basic and simple.
Pros:

I'm a solo traveler who needed a place to find quickly. Staying here has been easy and accommodating. Staff has been extremely friendly. Room is pretty basic, but that is all I need, so it is rather perfect. Fellow guests have also been kind and polite. All in all, a great place when you need a nice room.

All-around Unacceptable
Pros:

They allowed a gender reveal party to be held in the parking lot that went on until nearly 2:30am with music loud enough to be heard throughout the entire hotel. There was blood on the wall and floor of the elevator. Sink in the room leaked. TV did not work. Recommend you about at all costs

Pros:

Very dark room, lumpy overused mattress, elevator out of order at checkout, room entrance door did not lock securely. The good news is that guy who helped me check in on Saturday evening was friendly thorough and clearly a nice guy
