Never get the accommodation we pay for with Booking.com .always a lesser $$ room.
Pros:

Close enough to transport

Cons:

Booking.com did not book the apartment we paid for. They once again booked the lowest Studio room and took our money for an inner courtyard apartment. This happens every time we use Booking.com SO NEVER USING THE SITE AGAIN. The promised garden view was a 6ft wall .

Good stay
Pros:

Good facilities. Shared washing machine and dryer

Cons:

Room was not clean a hair my bed, hair in the shower and a piece of rubbish also. Reception are not there all the time so makes hard to talk to them or store your bags, they have a number to call but is hard when you are visiting from overseas and only have a data only plan. No hairdryer in room. On main road and windows not very sound proof

The stay was perfect and very relaxing would definitely re book with Ipanema
Pros:

Loved the beautiful view and the cleanliness of the apartment and in a great location in the middle of both the main part of surfers paradise and near Broadbeach.

Cons:

Would of loved it the pool was open earlier than 9

Pros:

We were lucky enough to have fantastic views. Balcony off the living area and the bedroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

As we stay for 14 nights. When the room was serviced. We would have expected to get clean sheets. This did not happen.

It was a very comfortable place to stay. I wish I had more time to spend in the pool!
Pros:

The location was very good. It was just down the road from the conference that I was attending. The Staff were really helpful when I needed to discuss things with them. I cannot comment on the food as I did not eat there because of food at the conference. The bed was extremely good; I slept extremely well when I was there.

Cons:

I found the times that the front desk was manned a little difficult as I was at a conference and so I was never around when the desk was open. Apart, everything was very good.

Great location, clean, comfortable and close to beach and trams
Pros:

I loved that we had everything we could need in the apartment, kids loved the pool and being so close to the beach. It was a great location, perfect for us.

Cons:

The carpark was a bit tight to drive through, especially if another car was driving through at the same time you wanted to leave or enter, in saying that i was very grateful to have secure parking.

Great location and great price.
Pros:

It was located in a very great spot. Very close to the beach and the main shops. Very well priced and the staff were great.

Very satisfied with location and room, which worked out to be a whole apartment.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. Halfway between surfers paradise, oasis mall and the beach. Walking distance. Everything we needed.

Cons:

Wasn’t serviced every day, only had 2 towels for the whole 7 days which made it hard for the pool or beach with no towels for swimming.
