Pros:

We were lucky enough to have fantastic views. Balcony off the living area and the bedroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

As we stay for 14 nights. When the room was serviced. We would have expected to get clean sheets. This did not happen.

It was a very comfortable place to stay. I wish I had more time to spend in the pool!
Pros:

The location was very good. It was just down the road from the conference that I was attending. The Staff were really helpful when I needed to discuss things with them. I cannot comment on the food as I did not eat there because of food at the conference. The bed was extremely good; I slept extremely well when I was there.

Cons:

I found the times that the front desk was manned a little difficult as I was at a conference and so I was never around when the desk was open. Apart, everything was very good.

Great location, clean, comfortable and close to beach and trams
Pros:

I loved that we had everything we could need in the apartment, kids loved the pool and being so close to the beach. It was a great location, perfect for us.

Cons:

The carpark was a bit tight to drive through, especially if another car was driving through at the same time you wanted to leave or enter, in saying that i was very grateful to have secure parking.

Great location and great price.
Pros:

It was located in a very great spot. Very close to the beach and the main shops. Very well priced and the staff were great.

Cons:

Nothing. Value for money.

Very satisfied with location and room, which worked out to be a whole apartment.
Pros:

The location was perfect for us. Halfway between surfers paradise, oasis mall and the beach. Walking distance. Everything we needed.

Cons:

Wasn’t serviced every day, only had 2 towels for the whole 7 days which made it hard for the pool or beach with no towels for swimming.

Short stay. Comfortable. Would have been nice to use the sauna.

Location was good. Appreciated the laundry. Nice view. Carpark space. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Lost a night due to unforeseen circumstances which were communicated to the property. They were understanding and allowed for self check in on second day. Arrived to find that another guest had removed our key and we were unable to check in. We then had to wait for staff to get in touch with the guests, move their items and to do the quick clean of our room. Whilst the guests should have noticed it wasn’t their name on the envelope, I would suggest that the staff ought to have checked the remaining envelopes.

Great location for people who like to be out and about
Pros:

It was a good location- really close to tram line and beach. Great to have a car park. Getting access to the property (we arrived when no staff onsite) was straightforward and easy. Good facilities in the room itself

Cons:

The lack of servicing- we stayed 11 nights and on our info sheet it said we may be entitled to either half weekly or weekly servicing but only if we ask. Limited desk hours 9-3 Monday to Friday and our schedule meant we didn’t manage to get a service so had to wash out our two towels etc. Having a pool and no pool towels was challenging also- we ended up buying towels.

Great facilities and comfortable with amazing views! But rooms needs to be cleaned more thoroughly.
Pros:

Old building but managed well. Good facilities eg pool, barbecue, small but gym.

Cons:

Not cleaned well. Feet got dirty as soon as I walked in looking around the room. The oven was not even cleaned there were some Leftover cooking paper in it. Dirty lid of the bin in kitchen. Dust on cooking table.
