Very satisfying stay!
Pros:

Close to the lake, park, night market and 7-eleven, which is 15 minutes walk. The terrace is big enough overlooking the lake. The gym next to the terrace on 8 floor.

Cons:

The hotel next to residential house same street with barking dogs inside the fence at you when walking by at dark, which is annoying.

Pros:

This is more a self-catering apartment than a hotel so room was spacious but not really suitable for tourists, more suited to someone working and staying in Khon Kaen

There are no meal facilities on site, this is self catering, the TV only seemed to get Thai or Chinese channels

Pros:

The room was clean and everything was refilled every morning (shower gel, shampoo, coffee). Some people complain about the noise from streets and other rooms, but we didn’t experience that. Our room was 711 located at the street side, but the street is quiet. It’s a dead-end street with low activity.

Cons:

It would be nice if there would be some breakfast available. There is no restaurant. There is a rooftop terrace, but that’s it. Would be nice if some drinks could be obtained at that terrace.

Pros:

Für mich angenehme Lage, sehr ruhig, freundliches Personal, schöne Dachterrasse, Parkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel
mit Kofferservice bis ins Zimmer.

Cons:

Es gab keine Möglichkeit im Hotel etwas zu trinken oder zum Essen zu kaufen.
Auch kein Frühstück erhältlich - war aber beim Buchen bekannt.
