Pros:

Séjour de 2 nuits, chambre correcte, salle de bain un peu petite mais fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner varié. Nous avons eu un problème de lampe qui s’est décrochée du plafond, personnel réactif, le réceptionniste nous a proposé un changement de chambre, nous a offert des bouteilles d’eau et nous avons eu une remise sur le tarif du séjour. Merci au réceptionniste .

Pros:

Hygiene du petit déjeuner très mauvaise car pas de gants du personnel qui sert les fruits ou autre et de plus manque de bols pour la compote et quand on le signale la réponse du personnel très désagréable .

The mattress and pillows reflect the low quality of the room's furniture. Despite possessing the required conveniences, the room is not notably different from the other low-cost rooms in the complex. The room's lack of cleanliness is a significant concern. I am still waiting for communication from the director. Apart from one receptionist who was able to communicate effectively in Spanish instead of French, which I greatly appreciate, the rest of the communication was quite inadequate. The staff shows a certain disrespect for people who do not speak French as their first language.

Un seul problème vous annoncez sur votre site que les chambre sont libres à 12h alors qu'elles ne le sont qu' 15h sur le site d'accord hôtel et ce qui est la réalité0. donc nous avons du nous changer pour un mariage dans les sanitaires. pas fun du tout votre erreur
