Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport

Very well，clean and nice breakfast.

The breakfast is great and experience is good.

I spent three nights at the Novotel Bali Airport, as I have a few day trips to nearby cities that require air travel. The location can't be any better if you arrive late, need to depart early, or have a layover before traveling to another city or returning home. The hotel is almost located in between the international and domestic terminal. There are covered walkways from both location. The signage is a bit strange & can be better but staffs are here to help. I felt pretty comfortable walking between hotel and terminal - both domestic and international - at all hours.

The hotel itself is fairly standard for a typical Novotel hotel and the rooms reflect the same standard. Check in was fine and the service was good. I paid for a runway view room with lounge access, and it was not disappointing for an AvGeek. The club lounge does not offer breakfast, but open at the afternoon hours and have a good evening spread. The attendants are friendly and the lounge, despite a bit dated, was kept in good condition and has a great view of the runway and part of the international terminal.

I used the fitness room, which are divided into a cardio room and a weigh room. The machines really need a refresh though. There is a swimming pool, which I also used.

In terms of dining, the hotel has a 24 hours room service, as well as a restaurant/cafe. I think they remain opened 24 hours (or at least the cafe). If you don't want hotel food, you can easily walk to a number of chain restaurants, as well as Starbucks, which seem to open 24/7 at the domestic terminal, and the international terminal offers a bit more selections, and literally designed as a mall. If it is raining, I will recommend you to head to the international terminal, as you don't need to walk outside at all.

In conclusion, it is a good stay and I will definitely be back here if I need to be closed to the Bali airport.

The service at this hotel was excellent from the moment I arrived until I checked out. All the staff were friendly and always ready to help guests with their needs. I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Bagus from security, who was very alert, polite, and attentive to guests. He greeted me warmly, helped me, and gave me directions.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at Novotel! The honeymoon setup was beautifully arranged and made our celebration extra special.

The buffet breakfast was magnificent, with a wide variety of choices including delicious local Indonesian dishes — such a great way to experience the local flavors. We also enjoyed access to the Premier Lounge, where we had midday bites, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. The view was amazing — you can see the airport and even watch planes landing, which made the experience even more unique.

A special thank you to Nilam at reception for her exemplary service and for assisting all our needs so warmly and professionally.
