Pros:

Amazing hotel very convenient. Food was great price and delicious. Lots of choice for breakfast. Really clean and great size

Cons:

Bit of a pain to find as no signs when coming out of international that we saw with ease. Kettle was broke in room and took them 40min to bring another

Location to the airport was great.the restaurant and breakfast menu was excellent both western and Balinese food offer.room great the complimentary desserts in the Mimi bar were great too (the room) very comfortable bed also.

Pros:

This hotel is so convenient if you have a short layover between flights in Bali. A short walk from the International Airport the staff are always welcoming. Excellent lounge for snacks relaxing on 3rd floor as the restaurant was closed when I arrived. The buffet breakfast is exceptional. Beautiful pool area. Another short walk to the domestic airport. Highly recommend this hotel.

Overall the convenience of being next to the airport is a huge plus.The location and staff were all excellent

The convenience when in transit after long connecting flights.
The staff were all wonderful,helpful,happy and attentive.
The bed was super comfortable
The rooms were quiet and clean,towels were old and need to invest in new ones

Cons:

How confusing when trying to get to lobby from rooms or to the lounge or gym or pool- really need signs with arrows as we were so jet lagged we got lost everywhere.
The room and hallways smelled musty
Needs new carpet and cleaned up
Outside tiles were dirty looking
