Central location , lovely breakfast and very friendly helpful staff

Basic hotel, but clean and quiet, good location to main square. 10min walk from train station.

Would happily stay here again!

The receptionist spoke perfect English, and offered my wife the use of a brolly as it was raining. The bed was comfortable, and the room was ok. There was a coffee/tea machine near the foyer, but I have narked it down because it doesnt take a lot to have facilities in the room. Apart from that, the hotel was fine, be it we stayed 1 night only. Its in a perfect position within the town centre.

The front desk was very helpful and spoke very good English. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful.
The quick access to walk to the grand place for dinner and other activities was perfect.
I recommend this place for sure!!

Great location! Nice lobby, with good breakfast! Bed could have been more comfortable but fine since we only stayed one night! Amazing location really made it a great place to stay!

Room was basic, air conditioning was useless and the fan they supplied. Kept you awake all night. So unfortunately at the hotel, for 2 nights and slept about 4 hours. €219 for 2 nights and it was advertised with air conditioning ( but what they failed to tell you was, the air conditioning was useless,) it would come on for approximately 30 seconds, then turn itself off so when you're in a room that is approximately 36° and they supply a noisy fan that just blows warm air. So unfortunately, not a very good stay

Excellent, very convenient town centre location in Arras. Staff really friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast, although not a wide offering of cooked food, was more than sufficient as well as fresh and healthy. Scrambled eggs very well cooked.
Would thoroughly recommend and would stop again.

The room was clean and adequate but a bit too small. I didn't have space to open a large suitcase anywhere in the room. There was a small shelf under the tv and I collided into it trying to squeeze by the foot of the bed The room was clean but very utilitarian - more like a room in an institution of some kind. It was cold in Arras and the heat was turned off, making for a very chilly night my first night. I spoke to the front desk and got a space heater for the next night. The staff were kind and helpful and it is definitely serviceable but not necessarily 'cozy'. The breakfast the next morning was pretty minimal.

High standard of cleanliness and the staff are ever so helpful.

Nice little hotel close to the main square - staff super friendly and helpful - only negative was noise from the street late at night - don’t get a room overlooking the little pizza shop next door
