Traumatisé par l’alerte incendie
Cons:

Alarme incendie déclenchée entre 6 et 7 h du matin , panique dans l’établissement. Les clients se retrouvent choqués dans des tenues pris à la va vite à l’extérieur dans le parking. Semble t’il fausse alerte, un client aurait fumé dans une chambre. Nous espérons que cette chambre a été identifié et le responsable poursuivi pour infraction.
Nous n’avons pas pu nous rendormir surtout que rentré tard d’une célébration de diplôme.

Very comfortable hotel with great facilities, great location and good value for money
Pros:

The location and proximity to stations, the value for money, family rooms, and the breakfast was much better compared to other hotels at god costs. Staff were very helpful and chatty, reception area was very comfortable to set and relax in the evenings.

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, au calme. Décoration des parties communes très réussie.

Cons:

Bien que la chambre soit refaite , la salle de bain est nulle. Douche vétuste, porte ne fermant pas. Lavabo sans bonde, WC collé....
D’autre part, alarme sonnant ds chambres et couloirs pendant près de 10 min à 6h du matin dimanche de Pâques et personnel absent pour
nous rassurer et dire de regagner les chambres.

Propreté, nous avons retrouvé une chaussette sale dans notre lit. Nous avons espéré un geste de l'établissement, sans retour. Notre lit était-il donc propre ? Draps changés ?

Friendly, well located and good atmosphere.
Pros:

Staff were particularly friendly and helpful. They helped me with a taxi problem and were very welcoming to my children. The games area was really great to be able to relax without pressure to spend money.
