Limite au niveau des prestations basiques en particulier dans la salle de bain...pour la sécurité dans la douche ..manque tapis anti dérapant ou accessoire à tenir par les mains pour se déplacer et sortir de la douche...

Hotel super propre . Chambre pas très grande mais fonctionnelle, belle salle de bain, petit déjeuner très correct et copieux.

Un super accueil. La réceptionniste était d une grande gentillesse, si nous repassons dans la région nous reviendrons.

Aucun services pas de papier toilette pas de renouvellement de serviette

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of Feb whilst Ski-ing in nearby St Gervais.

On our 3rd day after being out all day we returned to find my apple wireless charger was taken from the socket at the side of the bed.

The hotel claimed that the worker was new and wouldnt do this as it was Ramadan and was the cousin of the receptionist.

The hotel initally said they would replace it on the night when it was initally reported but after the following morning I tried to follow up with the receptionist on duty there was no report of my loss.

I reported to the police and to Accor who have taken no responsibiilty. Feels like the reception and housekeeping team are in partnership.

Avoid at all costs.

Lovely hotel. Huge comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom with walk in shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Next door to big supermarket and nearby food places. Photo shows view from car park - Mont Blanc. I’ll definitely return.

Personnel accueillant, disponible et serviable.
Chambre exiguë, ce malgré avoir été « rénovée » elle serait de nouveau à rénover.
Surtout la salle de bain.
La literie est bonne.
Le petit déjeuner est très correct.

Perfecto. No miente ni engaña a nadie. Buena ubicacion, cerca de carreteras principales, junto a un completisimo centro comercial, gasolineras y restaurantes. Silencioso y confortable. Vistas muy bonitas a cadena montañosa.

Very polite & helpful people especially the girl at the night reception and the lady at breakfast.The floor cleaning lady was also very polite.
The breakfast was excellent in quantity and quality.

Très bel accueil que ce soit par téléphone, message ou sur place. Le personnel etait très chaleureux et avenant. Nous avions besoin d'un lit parapluie pour notre fille et nous devions arriver tardivement dans la nuit mais tout cela n'a posé aucun problème et tout était prêt quand nous sommes arrivés. Seul bémol, nous avons eteint la clim et nous avons eu un bruit de fuite d'eau toute la nuit car elle etait défectueuse. Mais pour compenser ce désagrément, nous avons eu droit à un petit déjeuner donc je recommande tout de même cet hôtel avec son personnel très accueillant !

Literie confortable. Moisissure sur le bac à douche. Personnel aimable et a l ecoute. Très bon petit déjeuner

Staff is very nice. Simple but functional hotel. About 25 min drive to Chamonix which is not bad considering it is much cheaper staying here instead.
