good hotel, lacking staff support for 5 stars
Pros:

overall territory, choice of food, entertainment program

Cons:

Noone at reception speaks English, which makes it very difficult to check in and to ask for anything (baby potty) during the stay. most probably none will understand and fulfill the need. The guards at the beach side are extremely rude, making Noice next to a sleeping child, forbidding to go to the sea , being extremely rude

Pros:

Очень приятный отель, территория большая, везде красиво,нормальный номер, еда отличная, много всяких разностей для детей, разнообразные бассейны

Cons:

Большие очереди на чек-ауте и незнание языков сотрудниками- сложно коммуницировать. Нельзя было купаться в море.

Wonderful Family Holiday
Pros:

Everything exceeded our expectations including activities provided for children, comfort of rooms, meticulous cleaning of rooms by Emily, wonderful personal service by Xiao Xue who informed us of hotel activities and events and a delicious and extensive buffet with Asian and western options. I particularly liked the quiet beach pool by the seaside.

I appreciated the cleanliness, well-maintained pools, variety of breakfast options

The check-in process was inefficient, with long waits and unenthusiastic staff who seemed dismissive and uninterested. While a few employees were proactive in greeting guests, the overall service lacked warmth and attentiveness. The dining experience was even worse; at the noodle bar, staff gave half-hearted responses to questions about how to get food, leaving several guests visibly upset. This dismissive attitude created an unpleasant atmosphere. Despite the hotel’s potential, the lack of efficiency, care, and enthusiasm made it a regrettable experience. I would hesitate to stay here again.

Superb service and facilities
Pros:

The room was superb, the pools are beautiful and the furniture is in excellent condition. Breakfast was excellent and the lounge access makes all the difference. Special thanks to the very friendly staff, in particular house keeping, who did a spotless job, and Mrs. Emily, who exceeded all expectations to make our stay unique and special. I am looking forward to returning soon.

The hotel is surrounded by nature and a lot of green areas. Room is very decent, it’s soundproof and gives u enough privacy to feel like there is no one around. Interior of the entrance and lobby is designed in a very stylish manner and pleasantly for eyes.

Cons:

Inconvenient shop where u can buy few drinks and instant noodles only. When u need something other than that there is not so many options. Clothes that they are selling and pool equipments are overpriced.

Pros:

We like a resort the most. It's so big, spacious, big green area, and so many trees. We booked a luxury ocean view room. It's not so luxurious, it's a bit old, but it's big enough, with a nice side ocean view.
We had breakfast, and we paid extra for dinner as well, because there were no restaurants and bars near the hotel. The food was really good, mostly Chinese, but there were many other international dishes.
The staff is very polite and helpful, especially restaurant manager Mr Ni, from India. The beach is huge, but the waves and current are really strong and there's no swimming allowed. But there are a lot of swimming pools in the resort. There's animation during dinner. Every night is the same, but it's quite interesting, especially the fire show, that we enjoyed the most.

Cons:

I don't have many things to complain about. I have to say that despite the staff being really polite, their English level is really bad, and most of them don't speak English at all.
And as I mentioned already, the room was nice, but it needs some renovation because it looks old.

Pros:

Loved the cleanliness of the property, and the professionalism of the staff

Cons:

while everything within the premises were clean, some of the outer areas were not as clean, also public properties like outer sofa and tanning chairs were smelly. in addition to that pool water was not crystal clear, and water temperature was too cold for the kids
