Overall is a nice place to stay in comfort. For me it was a good choice.
Pros:

Location is very convenient. Breakfast is good with variety of food choice. Rooms are clean and well serviced. Laundry service is very efficient. Staff is polite and very supportive.

Gut geeignet für einen Kurzurlaub in Suzhou
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn Station. Mit dieser lässt sich alles erreichen ohne Taxi. Auch die Nähe zum See ist wunderbar für Spaziergänge.

Cons:

Leider hatte der Weckanruf früh am Morgen nicht geklappt. Wir müssten sehr frühzeitig zum Flughafen. Das Personal am Empfang spricht kein Wort Englisch.Sehr schade, da Suzhou ein Tourismusort ist und das Hotel sogar direkt neben dem Messezentrum.... Die Verständigung ist daher äusserst schwierig.

неплохо для командировки, но коммуницировать с персоналом невозможно.
Pros:

Местоположение, ездили по работе, выставочный центр рядом с отелем, очень удобно. Знали об этом заранее.

Cons:

По-прежнему никто не говорит на английском языке!!! Что в Шанхае, что в Сучжоу, все одно и тоже. Поэтому невозможно заказать еду в номер, нельзя выяснить необходимую информацию на ресепшн, нельзя нормально заказать еду в ресторане. На заказ бутылки белого вина в номер потратили 40 минут стоя на ресепшн. И так со всеми нуждами, тебе суют в лицо телефон с переводом, а если ты не видишь, что написано, это твои проблемы, стоят и улыбаются.
Странная политика ACCOR группы по найму такого персонала. Сильно снижает впечатление от проживания в отеле и желание туда вернуться.
В номере нет крючка для халата в санузле, хоть на пол клади, вешала не открытую дверь)). Нет мини бара, хотя отель 5 звезд. Уборка вполне, забывают иногда воду положить, брали сами. Кровать хорошая, белье также.

Perfect for what wee were there for

We attended a trade display that was located 100 meters from the hotel. It is also located within walking distance of the Jinji lake area with all of the restaraunts and shopping areas

Pros:

Siisti huone. Erittäin hyvä sijainti järven sekä paikallisen viihde- ja ravintolakeskittymän tuntumassa. Metroasema aivan hotellin vieressä. Alue viikonloppuna suosittu muttei liian ruuhkainen.

Great location, fantastic staff, except no AC in April
Pros:

Very close to train station, in fact it is right next to the train station. You won't ger wet even when it is raining. Staff will helpful. Lake view has great view of 东方之门。Room clean, beds are comfy. Breakfast has varity of eastern abd western food. Robot delivers take away to your room.
No self-service laundry facilities.

Cons:

The biggest problem is that because it is Spring, the hotel is not switch the AC on. Only air circulation at 24 degrees. Even the outside is cool, the window can
only be opened for a small gap so the room was still very hot. Staff was very helpful and move us to a suite which is not facing the afternoon sun plus has two big doors can be opened to let the cool air in. We lost our view but it is more important to be able to sleep.
