Pros:

Fiz a reserva como sempre pelo booking e quando cheguei me deram um quarto de pcd totalmente ruim , cheiro ruim , sem Box no chuveiro e disseram que como foi pelo booking era aquele o quarto de baixo padrão que eu tinha direito !! Paguei mais 76,00 reais para mudar para um quarto normal !!!

Foi boa mas poderia ter sido bem melhor se a comunicação entre cliente e hotel fosse efetiva.
Pros:

Localização excelente e café da manhã ídem. Pelo preço poderia estar incluído na diária.

Cons:

O anúncio no Booking falava sobre transfer gratuito na chegada ao aeroporto para levar ao hotel. Não só não havia quanto tentei ( e tenho como provar! ) diversos e-mails e telefonemas para o Hotel sem nunca haver se quer uma resposta. Aliás falar com esse Hotel nem pelo whastsapp consegui. Ao perguntar o recepcionista este me respondeu que nunca nem soube disso. A Recepção embora gentis passa um total despreparo para o setor hoteleiro. Sugeriria uma capacitação caprichada quanto a este quesito. A recepcionista do café da manhã é excelente e poderia estar sendo melhor aproveitada!
