I’m extremely disappointed with my stay. Shortly after checking in, the air conditioning in our room stopped working for about 30 minutes. When a staff member came to inspect it, he opened the room door abruptly without waiting, while my wife was in the bathroom, which was a serious invasion of our privacy.

Because of the issue, we decided to leave the room and went down to the lobby. We were then moved to another room, but the air conditioning there was the opposite problem, it was excessively cold and could not be turned off or adjusted.

The lobby manager called me as a compensate to let me check out late 3 PM and free breakfast, but this is not was expected after what happened, even-though the staff member nothing happened to him and they said they will keep me updated but nothing happened

After that To make matters worse, I called the lobby and concierge several times for assistance, but no one answered. The lack of response and poor handling of these issues made the entire experience very frustrating.

This stay was meant to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately the series of problems and poor service completely ruined what should have been a special occasion.
