Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer war nicht befriedigend. Boden fleckig. Flecken an der Wand. Dusche und Waschbecken keimig.

Das einzig positive an dieser Unterkunft ist das Personal. Typisch Berlin etwas grob im Tonfall, aber herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Reinigungsdienst funktioniert gut.

Cons:

Die Lage dieses billigen Hotels (nicht auf den Preis bezogen) ist sehr bescheiden. Direkt neben einer lauten mehrspurigen Verkehrsstraße gelegen ist es zu laut. Ständig sind angetrunkene Personen auf dem Gelände und feiern bis spät in die Nacht. Eventuell liegt das an der direkt angrenzenden Tankstelle oder am McDonalds wo noch bis tief in die Nacht hinein lautstarke Betrunkene unterwegs waren. Ohne Auto oder zumindest ein Fahrrad ist man abgeschieden. Wenn die Bahn pünktlich sein sollte dauert es dennoch vom weit entfernten Bahnhof zusätzlich ca. 45min bis Berlin.
Parkplätze sind zu wenige vorhanden, sodass man nach 18Uhr beinahe immer auf der Straße parken musste, sicher war das nicht. Die Zimmer waren Standard, eigentlich ok, aber der Dreck von vorherigen Besuchern hätte gerne nicht vorhanden sein dürfen. Insgesamt eine schlechte Erfahrung, ich werde mir das nächste Mal eine andere Unterkunft suchen, ich war bereits mehrfach in dieser Gegend rund um Berlin Henningsdorf bzw. Velten und muss sagen, dass dieses Hotel bisher das schlechteste war.

Cons:

Wir haben mehrere Zimmer für unsere Mitarbeiter gebucht. Leider war der Aufenthalt absolut unzumutbar: In einem der Zimmer war der Teppich extrem nass, was zu unangenehmem Geruch führte und das Arbeiten sowie Schlafen erschwerte. In einem anderen Zimmer wurden Bettwanzen festgestellt.

Pros:

The bread rolls were nice. The mattresses and bedding were clean and comfy.

Cons:

The smell was extremely distasteful, both in the corridors and the room. Consider air fresheners. We had only one hand towel and one body towel between two people. Some budget shampoo, instead of only hand soap, would have been nice.
