Price and location were good.
Very bad odour in the room. Seemed to be coming from shower drain.

Mattress in room could of been better
The location of the hotel is very good thus why we stay here. Bus stop 5 mins walk away and a great retail park across the road.
Nothing that comes to mind
We booked two rooms, and both rooms. Ac was not working. We all couldn't even sleep it was very suffercating. I also complained about it at the reception counter, and she said they would fix it and ask to refund my money

Very convenient location, close to shops and fast food restaurants and easy access to the rest of the city.
Parking was very inadequate, and you need to arrive early to ensure you can use one of the limited spaces.
Basic supply of tea, coffee was non existent and the cost of £2.50 for six tiny sachets of coffee was ridiculous.
Facilities such as kettle, iron and hairdryer are non standard and need to be requested from reception on a first come first serve basis.
There are only two plug sockets in the entire room, which are not in a convenient location.
The shower leaked water on the floor in the main room, because of a holenin the door and not sealing around the door frame.
it was all very clean and what expected the staff where very helpful.
Location and it's budget
The fact I had to pay 10 pound a night for my cat , as I'm disabled autistic and she is my service cat and I'm a veteran it was extra expense that I didnt need , with other other hotels it's free for my per or just one flat rate not per night
