Location was ideal for what we wanted. hotel and room was clean. Staff (in the main) were helpful polite.
For what we paid for 2 nights (£192) lack of facilities in our room no tea/coffee in our room (I believe if we wanted it it would cost extra). no where to store cloths so had to live out suit case. The sink in our room did have as plug but it didn't fit (to small) so had to keep tap running continually when using it. Also the small shelf under the sink was broken and partly hanging off the wall. I knew there was limited parking when I booked it but on checking in and we were directed immediately to the overflow car park some 200/250 yards away. It was only the next morning I discovered more hotel parking space down the side of the hotel which I manged to park in.
it's easy to reach by car, I love the Ihis beds as they're soft and fluffy. There's a big Tesco right next door. Walking to beach 30 minutes or you take the bus which I think is super close.
Parking: BE CAREFUL! They have first come, first serve situation and there is not a lot of oarkingt. I was lucky but there were other guests after me that didn't have parking and thr reception was quite rude to them bc the way they write it on booking it's no problem as there's more parking available.
If you can't have gluten don't book a breakfast there. they're not even interested in helping. Eggs were sometimes "not delivered", in general the little they offered was even less on many days.
Free parking, great price for a clean air conditioned room. 10 minutes away from the ferry port.

Your receptionist Tina went above + beyond. I have mobility issues and a non blue badge van had parked in a disabled bay. Tina remembered me the next day + came out to reserved a disabled bay when she saw me in the car park. Came up to room with my suitcase + put on aircon for me. An absolute credit to your organisation

Great position, lots of free parking, room was clean and had air con. Good powerful shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and the museums. Retail park opposite had McDonald's, Tesco, Subway, Aldi etc. Brilliant value for money. Great place if you just want somewhere to sleep with no expensive frills.
Everything was great. Can't really think of anything I didn't like.
