Firstly, I know it’s a budget hotel but surly a kettle with tea, coffee facilities should be available even in a standard room. The beds are very hard and firm, and only one pillow and for the price of over £120.00 for one night, I will not be staying at the ibis ever again

Offered accessible room on ground floor no. 4 due to being in an electric wheelchair. Bathroom was spacious. Shower was strong. Flip down shower seat and a positional shower seat was available.
Very bland. ( Hence budget hotel). 2 single beds chair and table. 3 clothes racks at differing heights. NO KETTLE. Arrived late and needed a hot drink. Care had to go McDonald's for tea. Asked for kettle on the way back in and was given one.

It’s in a great location. Friendly staff and clean. Transparent links are great by tram and depending on time of day uber can be less!
Beds not great, could do with an upgrade on the mattress or a thick mattress topper.
The property is in a great location for us.
The beds. My bed was very lumpy. However I asked for an extra duvet to lie on so that helped. Feel the mattress needs changed or a thick mattress topper.
Location really close to venue, only about 200 m up the road. Venue was clean.
Shower and sink in same room as beds. Shower also had a full length mirror in front of it. I was travelling with my 15 year old son, so neither of us felt comfortable having a shower whilst the other was in the room.
