Unconfortable bed.
Pros:

The staff engaged really well with respect and willing to support when needed.

Cons:

The room too small, double bed was like 2 tiny kids bed. I booked for 1 double bed not 2 baby bed. 😬

Great value, basic but very comfortable
Pros:

Great value, excellent location to the Utilita Arenz.
Very comfortable beds, although the room was compact, there was still ample room.
Staff professional and friendly.
Would stay here again.

Cons:

Walls were very grubby, need a repaint but didn't affect our stay.

Happy with budget hotels but this was under expectations and would not stay again unfortunately

Cons:

Our room had a constant banging throughout our stay. Like an industrial washing machine drum.
Although budget hotel, had to ask for an extra pillow and floor appeared dirty.

The staff were very friendly

Cons:

The room was awful. The bed was uncomfortable. The toilet and shower were "fine". There was blood splatter on the underside of the bed, the wall and the floor. It felt like sleeping in a cell
