Great budget option.
Pros:

Perfect location for the Arena at an affordable price. Clean and had all that we needed for a short stay.

Cons:

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. They were provided downstairs but this meant no morning coffee on waking up!

Fair price and clean rooms with basic breakfast.
Pros:

The rooms were faire and clean, but the lift was broken and I was in the 4rt foor.

Cons:

If I was told in advance that the hotel had no lift facility I would have chosen to stay somewhere else.

Overall good.
Pros:

Excellent location for the arena. Only a 5 minute walk from tram stop

Cons:

Only one pillow was allocated to each of our single beds.
My friend requires 2 pillows.
We requested another pillow to be told there were no spare pillows available due to the hotel being busy/? full..
My friend rolled her towel up to try and compensate for the lack of a second pillow

Cons:

No tea/ coffee facilities in the room.
A machine down stairs but had to get a token from reception so not a quick process, air conditioning unit outside of the bedroom, very noisy.
The key card wouldn't work ! Had to go back down to reception, the key holder in the door looked very tired and took several attempts to open.

Excellent friendly staff and perfect for any event at Sheffield arena
Pros:

The room was perfect for me n son n niece as we went to the wwe event which was at Sheffield arena the staff was amazing very helpful kind excellent highly recommend just reception really warm but as soon as you got in room soon cooled down with air condition ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reception was really hot but it was ok once we got in room soon cooled down
