I was very happy with the location and the room.
I particularly liked the little cafe on level 1 it was very handy.

Cons:

The reception was extremely busy with a large group that was booking in and I just wonder if in future they have more staff working on reception for these occasions

Will stay again but will request a room next time depending on availability.

The location. Close to everything in the city including public transport options. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

We were allocated a disabled-access room, even though we did not request one. The room’s bathroom, including the toilet and shower, had windows with blinds. If the blinds were left open, people could see inside. Even when the blinds were closed, there were noticeable gaps between them, which made us feel that our privacy was compromised. In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly.
