The location was very good, right next to Queen Street mall and near North Quay ferry terminal.

Cons:

Would be good if there is room slippers. There is an Irish pub next door which have live bands playing on Friday and Saturday night, music was pretty loud when I stayed on 7th floor.

Easy and pleasant.
Pros:

Convenient and clean accommodation, ideal for a quick stay.

Cons:

I would have liked a quick room service option, as I didn’t have time to eat out between checking in and getting ready to leave for event. Of course, I would have been more prepared prior if I realised.

Perfect location in clean comfortable room.
Pros:

Location for QPAC was excellent. Checkin was fast and upgraded room was inexpensive and provided a wonderful view over Southbank.

Pros:

Location is great, close to everything

Cons:

There is no room service, so if you arrive late, find some food in the restaurants that open 24/7.

I also don’t understand why I was requested to check-in online if I still had to stay in queue to get the access to the room.
