Disappointing Disappointed Disappointment

Cons:

Not worth the money. Room was very small. To have to phone at 4.30pm to ask that the room is made up is not good enough and then when it’s done to have to ask for more toilet paper is ridiculous. Further more to also to have to ask for two more sachets of coffee and be told that the hotel has run out is not what I would expect when paying close to $900.00 for two nights. Simply not good enough.

Location was great!

Cons:

No hotel slippers provided to use around the room. No toothbrush or toothbrush paste provided like the majority of hotels.

Great place for a short stay, with friendly staff and awesome food in the restaurant.
Pros:

Great location, so central to everything. The staff were so friendly. The decor was great, especially in the restaurant, where delicious food and breakfast was served at a suitable price. Beds were comfortable, but the mattress kept on moving over the base. The bedside table did not work and could not be fixed.

The bed kept on moving off the base.

Good but Not Fantastic. Staff however are Brilliant, and Friendly!!
Pros:

Bright and colourful rooms, accessibility, and close proximity to QPAC (750 metres approx).

Cons:

Probably the price, for the size of the room.
The Fridge is cool but NOT cold.
I took Insulin and medication that needed refrigeration, so it did the job-But Drinks put in the fridge, were pretty warm 😞
