Great staff helpful clean and close to everything
Pros:

Clean tidy and close to everything cabs buses food shopping and theatre. Close to river and easy to get City Cats to explore.

Great location with great views and good value

Grateful for the accommodation
Pros:

Bed was comfy, it was clean, neat and tidy. Perfect for a night or three. super central between two walking bridges to South Bank.

Cons:

The venues around it were loud until about 1am and a microwave would have been handy.

Pros:

Balcony was nice and clean. Bed was very soft and comfy. Staff were polite and friendly.

Cons:

Plug sockets behind bedside tables and having to pull the tables out to find them. That and there was no hand soap in the bathroom. It was labeled bodywash. Only small things as that's all I can think of!

Location location location, was excellent. Rooms nice, cosy, tidy & clean
Pros:

Location was excellent for us. Just off the river and close to everything. We could walk everywhere in town and across to Southbank and just down the road from Star Casino and into the Mall for shopping and events. Bed was great & comfy. Room, air con worked well the first day but then seemed to not work so well after that. Seemed to be struggling to cool the entire room. Bathroom, an extra shelf or small cupboard under the basin and extra bath towel rail/ hooks would be handy and there is room.

Cons:

The air con did not run well for the entire weekend. That was about it, thanks

Disappointing support from staff.
Pros:

Comfortable bed. Good gym

Cons:

Pub close by had live music until midnight. When mentioning to the staff in the morning if this was a regular occurrence (as I was booked to stay every week), and if I could have a quieter room I was just told that yes it was regular and I would just have to talk to booking.com. She clearly wasn’t bothered so cancelled all my upcoming bookings won’t stay there again.

Shame as the hotel is good, nice rooms and good location. I cannot not sleep though!

Pros:

So close to everything. Bed was amazing and comfortable. Had everything i needed.

Cons:

On checkout the lady kept talking yo another staff member and made me wait at desk for ages. I also was not told about the upgrade till checking out and she told me I had to pay. I was not made aware at check in that i got the upgrade.
