Je n'ai pas pu rejoindre mon hotel a Clermont Ferrand car j'ai eu un probleme technique avec mon vehicule, qui n'a pu etre repare que le lendemain a Orleans
Dommage que je ne puisse pas etre remboursee

Chambre basique mais confortable, autoroute a côté donc assez bruyant tout comme la clim.
Réservation faite pour 3 personnes avec le petit déjeuné compris et surprise a notre arrivée on nous demande un supplément pour le petit déjeuné enfant qui n'est pas compris finalement, appel a Accor hôtel qui rejette la faute a hotel.com qui renvoi la balle a l'hôtel bref lamentable en passant par Accor je n'ai jamais de soucis la dessus, je ne recommande cette plateforme pour réserver car elle ne connait pas les modalités finale et nous donne comme excuse qu'ils ont qu'une tierce dans la réservation
