room very very small, you can hear the people next door so did not sleep well and the breakfast was too expensive for what it was.
Breakfast
Nothing in the room, no coffee or tea, no hairdryer, no iron/board. Not even a glass to drink water.
Spotlessly clean and well maintained with no evidence of any "wear and tear" anywhere.
Staff are lovely.
Quality of the buffet breakfast was better than some far more expensive places I've stayed in.
No hot drink facilities or bottled water in the room was a let down. Having to go down to reception for the free teand coffee was a bit of a pain.
The location was exceptional.
The staff was not helpful and the cleaning staff were not upto the mark.
I like everything. You get a bed, shower, and smart tv. For one or few nights it's the perfect choice.

Location and the facilities on the Services. I did not order an evening meal but, did have the breakfast which was all freshly cooked and presented very well.
No coffee or tea making facilities in the Room. I had to get dressed to get a hot drink from the Reception Area to take back to my Room which was a little annoying. I understand that the Hotel is a Budget Hotel but, that wouldn't stop you from providing these facilities.
