Friendly and helpful reception team and the world's most powerful shower! The location within Burton services is also ideal and surprisingly quiet.
Not a lot actually. The room was humble but very functional and perfect for a business overnight stay.

Did not like the hand basin in the bedroom would have preferred it in the bathroom as it made the bedroom floor wet

So we stayed in February. We really liked the hotel, both in terms of cleanliness, service and the overall treatment. We were all very satisfied and impressed, the cleanliness stands out especially, beacuse everything was just impressively clean.
We would like to highlight that our room was cleaned by Irina Markova and we say thank you to her.

Stayed in the hotel for a weekend - everything was good, clean room, tasty breakfast. Big thanks to Violeta for sorting out the towels for us. Definitely would recommend.
