The room was nice and spacious with a good bathroom which was clean. It would have been nice to have been provided with better vanity selection. No body lotion available. The bed was very hard and pillows were not the best and abit like puffs of air that turned to pancakes.

Easy parking, nice gym!

Il motivo della valutazione negativa è legato principalmente a una questione specifica: siamo arrivati in una calda tarda serata e abbiamo trovato la stanza a una temperatura di circa 31º. Il personale non è stato in grado di risolvere il problema a causa della limitata potenza dell’aria condizionata.
Alle 23 la temperatura era ancora a 29º.
In generale abbiamo anche trovato il personale alla reception e alla sala colazione poco accompagnati.
Per il resto, la struttura è bella e pulita.
Si può parcheggiare gratis.
Ovviamente l’hotel è comodo se si raggiunge in auto.

Très bon accueil. Restaurant de l'hôtel parfait (repas du soir et petit déjeuner).
Seul bémol, pour notre chambre, la douche un peu étroite...

Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)

Het is een prima hotel en zeer modern ingericht. Kamers zijn ruim en zeer netjes. Ontbijt is uitgebreid en goed. Alleen de dame, die in de ochtend de receptie voert, mag wel iets netter en vriendelijker overkomen.

Hotel professionale bello e con ottima colazione e servizio. Forse il riscaldamento/condizionamento è da rivedere perché tra i 18 ed i 20 gradi si passava da freddo polare a caldo tropicale. Ma consigliatissimo

Reception professionale, all’arrivo richiesto una bottiglia per festeggiare anniversario di matrimonio, neanche cinque minuti è arrivata in camera. È buona la colazione, letto comodo. Ottimo servizio

Positiv: gute Lage, genügend Parkplätze und eine Tiefgarage kostenlos, gutes Frühstück, ruhig, guter Preis
Negativ: Klimaanlage wurde von der Verwaltung gesteuert und im Zimmer war es viel zu warm. Bei einer Einstellung von 19 Grad mussten wir das Fenster zwischendurch öffnen, damit es nicht zu warm wurde. Aber eben, die Klimaanlage konnte nicht gesteuert werden. Das Badezimmer war recht klein. Nur ein kleines Lavabo, einen Bügel für die Handtücher, keinen Haken für die Kleider, Qualität der Tücher eher schlecht, halt nach vielem Waschen in die Jahre gekommen. Ebenfalls gab es nur ein Kissen, was für ein Deluxe Zimmer nicht sein sollte. Für die Ablage der Kleider gab es keinen Schrank. Nur in der offenen Garderobe eine Stange mit Bügel und ein kleines Gestell. Für uns wirkte das sog. Deluxe Doppelzimmer eher wie ein Deluxe Einzelzimmer. Dieses Hotel ist gut für eine Nacht. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt kommt es für uns nicht mehr in Frage. Schade.
